Highlights
- Via Statale, 93 - You will learn how to make an Italian home cooked meal effortless, but more importantly you will have a beautiful afternoon with views of the lake as you enjoy delicious food and wines.
What your experience will entail:
-You will enjoy with a special aperitivo on arrival
- You will cook a full 3 course with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created
- You will taste local wine
- Coffee will be served with desert
- You will be given the notes on the ingredients and instructions used in the cooking class
We do have vegetarian options for those interested and if your group is large enough if there is an specific techniques or skills you wish to learn these can be accommodated too.

Meal Options
- caponata - A traditional italian dish, cooked with fresh summer veggies resulting in an explosion of wonderful flavors in one single very versatile dish.
- Pasta and pesto - Make your own tagliatelle by hand using organic flour and create a traditional or unique pesto using different ingredients of your choice.
- Tiramisu - I promise you will make the lightest , most wonderful tiramisu you have ever eaten. I will also share details of a strawberry and christmas version

Exquisite private area, boasting breathtaking vistas of the lake. We cater to a maximum of 6 guests per class, ensuring a cozy and personalized experience. Our expansive kitchen, tailor-made for cooking lessons, provides a secure space for cooking and working. You’ll receive hands-on instruction and pick up numerous techniques for preparing an original Italian 3 course dinner. We offer two comfy lounge areas for use before or after your lesson, perfect for savoring a welcome drink or coffee, along with a dining space to relish the fruits of our lesson.

It was wonderful - Making Pasta was so much fun!

Food and Fun - A great experience. So much fun and even though we cooked it, it tasted amazing. We enjoyed the conversations around the kitchen table with great wine and people. If you go to Lake Como, your trip will not be complete without enjoying the food and great time at Lake Como Kitchen.

Wonderful cooking and dining experience! - First, the chef's home was gorgeously renovated and decorated. A bottle of champagne and a full tray of delicious appetizers greeted us. Our hostesses gave us a little history of the home (previously a convent) & the area. My husband never cooks, so I let him make the homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli in a browned sage butter. It was the best pasta dish I've ever had! We also prepared a chicken parmesan with a tomato sauce full of fresh herbs. We were served different wines and prosecco as we enjoyed the dishes we prepared. We finished with the tiramisu we put together. It was very fun, the hostesses were delightful and the environment was relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend this activity while at Lake Como!

Cooking like a true Italian - This was the highlight of our stay at Lake Como, it was an amazing experience. Genevieve and Karin made us feel like part of the family, cooking together in the heart of a beautiful home. We learnt so much, highly, highly recommended.

Perfect Day - WThe views of the lake were beautiful Our meal was delicious ! Cooking with Genevieve and Karin was a delight. It is amazing that her home is formally a convent. I am looking forward to entertaining my friends at home with want I learned.

The best cooking class we ever took - We booked this for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts had a beautiful house and made it feel like home for us. The recipes and ingredients we used showed the best of what Italy has to offer. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to try their hand at making great Italian food.

Wonderful cooking experience on Lake Como - Thank you Genevieve for a fabulous hands on cooking experience on Lake Como. The food was delicious in a relaxed and friendly setting with great views. Lots of good cooking tips and we are looking forward to recreating the recipes when we get home.

Cooking at its best - Genevieve was amazing and an absolute delight!! Very friendly and passionate bout what she does! Small group of people and set up before we got there. She even reached out ahead of time to make sure we knew where we were going! Food was amazing and even sent recipes after! Would love to take another class with her
