- Domaine Saint-Joseph - Thanks to the passion of a man who planted a first hectare of vines, in Tourrettes sur Loup, at the beginning of the 90s.
20 years later, his son Julien took over. Nothing destined him, then an aeronautical engineer, to return to the family land, except the love of this land, of this magical place and the desire to make something exceptional out of it. Julien quickly took over a second vineyard, two other hectares at the foot of the ramparts of Saint Paul de Vence.
We must tame these two very different terroirs, learn to get the best out of them and take care of them, always with love, attention and energy. It is this wish that pushes him to think differently and convert the vineyard to organic farming in 2011, accompanied by a specialist in the early days. Today, the vines, the soils and the juices bear the imprint that is life, made of reliefs, variations, fabulous surprises, many adventures!
