Château Yon-Figeac - The visit begins with a presentation of the history of the property, then a discovery of the vineyard: the emphasis is on the importance of the terroir and the blend, two very important notions in Bordeaux. We then approach vinification in the vat room and aging in the recently renovated barrel cellar.
To finish, you will taste two wines from the property Les Roches de Yon (Saint-Emilion Grand Cru) and Château Yon-Figeac (Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé).
