Château Haute-Nauve - We offer a visit from the vine to the bottle.
We will start by offering you a tour of the vineyard.
First, we will explain the history of our family estate for 4 generations, the history of the Saint Emilion appellation, its specificities, its different grape varieties, etc…
We will show you one of our plots of vines and you will discover the work of the vines throughout the year.
We will then go to the winery, we will explain the entire production process (fermentation, pumping over, pressing, etc.).
The visit will end in our barrel cellar.
We will make you taste our wines directly from the barrel as well as two wines from the property.

You will stumble upon a family-owned vineyard located in Saint Emilion that has been maintained for four generations. We aim to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our visitors, while providing easy-to-understand information about our work.
Formerly a part of the Saint Emilion cooperative cellar since the 1930s, we took the leap in 2009 to begin producing our wine directly on our grounds.
The session is guided by family member themselves, where you’ll understand the full process - from the planting of the grapevines to the final act of bottling.

10/10 - Florent is the man! - 10/10! What a fantastic day out with Florent giving us an English tour. Amazing history and excellent knowledge! Not to mention the wine is incredible! Will likely be back in September to visit again. Highly recommended.

Best chateaux tour in st.emillion - Amazing visit to this 4th generation run chateaux. Florent learned us so much about the vines and the process. Tasting his wine was also fantastic, especially the rose and grand cru. A must visit when in st.emillion

Amazing Tour - We visited the chateau on a hen do in a big group and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Such an interesting tour in a beautiful spot with amazing wine, what’s not to like! Such a passion for winemaking which shines through and so hospitable, would love to visit again in season! :)

Great tour in Saint Laurent des Combes - Florent gave an amazing tour. He passion for the entire process of wine making was evident. Unlike other wine tours, this tour started among the vines. We were able to see the flowers on the vines before the grapes emerge. Florent gave us the history of his family’s vineyard (he is 4th generation) and walked us through the entire process from vine to bottle. We finished up with a tasting of 2 delicious wines. Would highly recommend this tour for English or French speakers. As a bonus, we were able to meet Florent’s 9 Pomeranians!

Intimate wine tour and tasting! - Had a wine tour yesterday at this chateau! The tour was done by the owner himself! He gave an excellent tour and amazing wine tasting! His English was very good! Excellent wine!
