Mixed Feelings - I really have mixed feelings about our experiences. We had arranged an airport transfer to our resort upon arrival and that went smoothly. Very nice driver who shared island info along the way and her vehicle was nice and she drove safely. I give that experience a 5 star. Unfortunately, the return transfer to the airport was a NO show which left us in the lurch. Thankfully the resort had standby Taxis that got us there just a bit behind schedule. I had sent an email asking if someone was coming and 1 hr later I received a response indicating, their office had been flooded due to the heavy rains the night before (which there was) and they hoped we made it to the airport on time. I am not 100% sure how that affected a shuttle arriving. Maybe didn't have our contact info?? But we were corresponding by a gmail email address so would have thought that was accessible from anywhere. So that experience was a 1 star. Thus I guess my average rating would be a 3 star. Bood at your own risk.
