• Saint Catherine’s Monastery - The journey begins with an evening pickup to ensure a night climb to the top of Mount Sinai, which involves approximately 750 steps and takes about 4 hours. Upon reaching the summit, enjoy the breathtaking sunrise views. The descent towards St. Catherine Monastery takes about 2-3 hours. A 2-hour tour of the monastery follows, showcasing its eleventh-century mosque and an Orthodox Greek monastery, both housed within a unique citadel rich in religious and historical significance. The church contains boxes with the remains of Saint Catherine, and nearby lies the holy valley, revered as the most sacred area in Sinai, where God instructed Prophet Moses to “remove your shoes because you stand on holy ground.” The return to the hotel is scheduled for around 1 PM.

The Mt. Sinai Climb and St. Catherine Tour begins with a convenient pickup in Sharm el Sheikh. After being collected by the guide, enjoy a relaxing journey to the mountain, which takes approximately three hours.

The first stop is near Mt. Sinai, the historic site where Moses received the 10 commandments. A guide will accompany the group as they ascend to the summit. Upon reaching the top, enjoy the breathtaking sunset views. For those who prefer not to hike, a camel ride to the top is available.

After descending, visit St. Catherine with the guide to explore the church before returning to the vehicle for the trip back to Sharm el Sheikh.
