GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - We booked a 3-hour tour rental for October 2, 2023. Unfortunately our cruise ship was not allowed into port so we had to cancel the rental. Out point of contact, DENNIS, was most helpful in making the reservation with advice on bikes versus size and capability. DENNIS was even more helpful with the unfortunate cancellation and assured return of all funds. We will be sure to rent from Saguenay Guided Tours for our next visit to Saguenay. WELL DONE DENNIS!

For adventure to make your own with great sites! - The views and sites were amazing! Loved that we could learn more about the sites from the app. We were able to make the tour our own. The staff were great at explaining the bikes and it was a lot of fun.

Amazing Customer Service! - We got off the Cruise ship and discovered that all tours of Saguenay and the National parks were sold out.. We decided to rent an electric bike. After meeting the friendly bike shop owner, we needed a bike that was a 2 seater since my wife doesnt ride a bike. The owner went out of his way to help us since all bikes were sold out. After 10 minutes he somehow found a 2 seater bike and set it all up for us to ride. It is rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely caring to his customers. As a result we were able to enjoy the town of Saguenay riding all over on the electric bikes. He even gave us a new battery when ours was running low. Thanks so much for helping us enjoy your town!

SAFTY FIRST :( !!!!! - Sad to say there was TO MUCH WIND. The guy taking care of our tour on electric bikes was very concerned of the gust of winds. He said I will refund you your money. We Will try again in Quebec City in a few days!!!

A Fun New Experience - Fun ride in an interesting area. The bikes were a new experience for us and fairly easy to get comfortable with. The bikes were of very good quality and fully charged for the ride. The organization was a bit disorganized and we left about 40 minutes later than our reservation, though our return was fine for getting back on the cruise ship.

Easy and fun activity - Easy to locate the facility. The ebikes are in excellant condition. The bike trail itself is short, so be willing to ride roads if you are comfortable to see more of Sagurnay.

Ebikes fun, bike path not so much! - First of all, we thought we had a guided tour, but no...just a rental. Guy at booth never looked at what we reserved and made us wait a half hour because the first tour ran late, only to discover we weren't on a tour, so he gave us bikes and off we went. The bike path was crowded with people walking and made it difficult to maneuver. We got back early and he asked if we visited the cheese factory, which we had not, so he highly recommended that we do that in the opposite direction of where we had been. Again, the short bike path to the road was so crowded with pedestrians that I almost hit 2 of them before we got off the path. We then had to drive on a 2 lane road, which wasn't wide enough for a bike and a car. We all felt very vulnerable and a bit scared, but we pressed on. Got to the cheese factory and had to wait in a long line to enter. Once inside, found that it was basically just a store. Bought a little cheese since we were there. It was salty and not very good. We made it back safely, but all of us wished we hadn't put our lives in jeopardy for some crappy cheese! We enjoyed the ebike experience since none of us had ever done it, but I think none of us will ever do it again!
