You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded. The luggage limit is based on the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase, and a double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please inform us of the number of your luggage items, and we will try to assist you when you make your reservation.

Procedure for picking up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):
Passengers arriving at Orlando International Airport will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher as soon as the plane lands, providing the driver’s name, phone number, and the exact meeting point. The pick-up area at Orlando International Airport is on level 1 in the ground transportation commercial area, where you will find your assigned driver. Passengers have a 45-minute grace period from the flight’s landing time.
When you arrive at the main terminal, proceed down the escalators to baggage claim, where your chauffeur will be waiting. He/she will be standing at the bottom of the escalators holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. Once you have claimed your bags, your chauffeur will escort you to the ground transportation concourse for immediate departure. Once in the vehicle, you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle.
Procedure for picking up passengers at any hotel or resort:
Passengers being picked up at any other location will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time, providing the driver’s name and phone number, and another call or text upon arrival at the pick-up area.
Passengers have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time.
