Great customer service and pleasant experience - The JST Adventures crew are all very great to work with and made the process as stress-free as possible. We enjoyed the drive up to Pian Upe and the bandas we stayed in. The bandas included an en suite bathroom, small desk & chair, bed with mosquito net, and great views! The staff working at the site we stayed at were really great - very knowledgeable and accommodating. We also enjoyed the ostriches living at the site! That was unexpected and very fun. The food: dinner was really great (got to try eland, very tasty), lunch was pretty good (they made pizza, and we would have preferred more local cuisine). One thing that wasn't optimal were how few animals we saw and how little time we spent on game drives versus all of the other activities. The Karamajong people were actively burning a large portion of the area around where we stayed, so the animals were no where close to us and were very fearful of vehicles/humans.
