You will not be disappointed on this WONDERFUL tour - We had a wonderful time and got to see almost every lion, tiger, tiliger, and jaguar there and thanks to Emily our guide she made the day of all of our family but especially one of my daughters who is an animal lover and her FAVORITE animal ever is the white tigers. The care and knowledge of the sanctuary staff was amazing! Best unexpected part of our quick trip from Iowa to Branson!

Highly Recommend! - Thoroughly enjoyed tour & learned much! Tour guide (young man in college to be a vet) shared many details of the tigers at the sanctuary. It was interesting to hear the life story of each animal. We learned what they eat, how much they eat, where the food comes from, the food prep & feeding process, how they exercise, how they show dominance, what medical support is given, how they mate, etc. I learned there is such a thing as a “liger”. I also learned some of the big cats mark their territory (spray) just like house cats. It was fun to hear the alpha lion “caroling”. We laughed along with our guide as he shared his experiences. I’m impressed that this sanctuary is “hands off”, didn’t know that. We will visit again because it was so much fun!

Awesome with teenagers! - Emily was a great tour guide! Very cold and snowy morning and we were so glad they were open! It was great hearing the stories about the tigers and seeing them up close and watching them get snacks. 14 & 16 year old kids thought it was very cool too. Animals seem very well taken care of and loved.

Great tour experience! - Excellent tour provided by Sa'Dia. She was so informative and provided so many facts and details about each and every animal at the sanctuary. It was truly a great experience and I hope to visit again. This was my 3rd visit in less than 2 years.

Absolutely recommend for those who love animals of all kinds! - The behind the scenes tour was amazing! The staff is so knowledgeable about each of the exotic and domestic residents' rescue stories, personalities, eating habits, health and social habits. I have a new appreciation for the big cats, wolves and other fortunate animals that call the sanctuary home. Most had been in unhealthy situations before being brought to this wonderful place where their health and well-being is a priority for the team that owns and operates the sanctuary. I left with such an appreciation for why exotics should be left in their original habitats and for the people who unselfishly care for those like the ones we met here to make each day the best day for each of them.

Amazing big cat sanctuary - Super friendly staff. Very informative tour. Awesome up close look at these rescued majestic cats who are very well cared for there. It’s sad to hear where they came from before this sanctuary and the problems with the exotic animal business but it is so important to be informed and aware of how these amazing cats should be cared for and protected. We saw maybe 15 large cats on the tour including lions, bengal tigers and white tigers. I would highly recommend for the whole family. Short walking tour on flat ground that took about an hour. Highly recommended visit!

This Will Make You Sad To See Animals Who Have To Live Like This - I am so torn about this place. On the one hand, I think they are providing a necessary service for animals who were bought illegally and disgarded. On the other hand, I feel like the animals quality of life is very low. Their cages were old, not ovetly clean or mentally stimulating. It felt like a prison. I hope that with the new legislation, facilities like this won't need to exist. When I heard about this place, I had something different in my mind. By the time we left, and the tour was over, my heart was breaking. I think the owners are doing the best that they can, but they need more resources to give these animals a better life.

Big cats small package - You pay to see what you would think is all of the big cats, but you only get to see a handful! I thought this would be the highlight of my vacation but it was silverdollar city witch wasn't that great. We upgraded from the awareness tour to the feeding tour and pretty much was swindled out of $30 for the same tour and was ushered out of the tour as soon as the guide was finished telling us about approximately 8 cats, for the prices that are required they have to do better, or that Sanctuary will be extinct.
