In this tour, I will guide you to Lao Chai village, a captivating village of local minorities situated roughly 13 km from Sapa. Our trek commences in Sapa, descending initially. Off the main road, we’ll find a narrow trail ushering us into the Muong Hoa valley. Along this path, you’ll witness a breathtaking panorama. Majestic mountains and sharply terraced rice fields dominate the view, occasionally punctuated by streams, indigenous dwellings, or agriculturists tending to their crops.

A great experience to be with nature - Definitely worth the journey. Several options from day trips to home stays available for travellers. We did a day trip with grown up kids and despite the dry weather it was still quite tricky at times it’s not a plain simple walk. if your not up for a proper trail walk with ups and downs, marshes and soaked mud shoes please keep the guide known about it and pick the route that works for your journey.
I would love to do the even more rugged journey on my next trip!
