  • Sa Pa - This custom trek starts in Sapa at 9:00 am. The first stop on our trek is a little mountain you can look over to Fansipan peak, and then We will then traverse through the scenic Muong Hoa valley. The trail leads through an astonishing landscape with stunning views of mountains and rice paddies as far as the eye can see. The views are only interrupted by rivers, local houses or farmers working their fields. At 11:00 am we will arrive at Y Linh Ho, a small village of the Hmong minority. Here we will take a bridge across the beautiful river below. From here the hiking routes will lead us to Lao Chai Sang where we will stop for lunch. We will walk past endless rice fields in the shadow of the mighty mountains.We arrive at Lao Chai Sang village 12:30 pm for lunch at a local Hmong Family’s home. You can enjoy the great tastes of many local foods. After lunch we’ll continue to Lao Chai, where you are likely to see the people working in rice fields, planting or harvesting depending on the time of year. After another one and half hours walk from Lao Chai village (2 pm) you will get a unique experience learning local culture, daily life and making the traditional clothing of the Hmong people

Hi, my name is Vu. I am a native of the Black Hmong tribe and reside in the village of Ta Van, nestled among the rice terraces of the Sapa valley. As a local tracker, I possess extensive knowledge of every trail, Hmong village, and breathtaking view in the Sapa region. With 10 years of experience as a guide, I am fluent in both English and German.

I am passionate about showcasing the best spots in Sapa and introducing visitors to the culture of the minority groups in this area. Being a member of one of the many minority groups living in the small villages around Sapa, I take pride in offering an authentic experience. My guests often say that their time with me in Sapa is the highlight of their travels in Vietnam.

My sister Chan also offers this experience and is fluent in English. Born in Ta Van village, she has worked in Sapa for 13 years. Chan is an enthusiastic guide known for her exceptional customer service.

Learning traditional vietnam cooking - We bought all the ingredients at the market and cooked at a really nice garden venue. We learned so valuable things about vietnamese cooking. Son is a super nice host :)
