It is recommended that you must take a quick shower before you visit the sauna. Further, you will rest in steam in the sauna. With all your skin covered in the healing mud, you will continue to enjoy the sauna steam.
After the sauna, you can choose to take a shower to clean yourself up or plunge into the clean lake to wash away the peat. When you come back, a stimulating cup of Finnish blueberry tea will wait for you.
