Worth Every Moment — Santa, Reindeer, and Huskies - This was my first time in Rovaniemi and visiting Santa Claus Village was one of the main reasons for the trip. I booked the Meet Santa Claus & Santa’s Reindeer Ride & Greet Huskies experience with Northern Future OY and it truly delivered. Allen, our guide, went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time. He shared helpful insights, walked us through customs like crossing the Arctic Circle line, and made sure we didn’t miss any of the must-do moments. Meeting Santa was a highlight. He actually took the time to talk with us about our travels and what brought us to Finland. It was refreshing compared to other Santas I’ve met who just pose for a photo and rush you along. We thought the husky sleigh ride might not happen due to the weather, but Allen made it work and it ended up being a full, memorable experience. We also visited real reindeer, got to feed them, and learned more about their care and significance. If you’re visiting Rovaniemi and want to experience Santa’s Village to the fullest, this is definitely something I’d recommend. It was fun, well organized, and left us with memories that will last a lifetime.

Visit Santa Claus and its village Arctic Circle and all the activities that - Highly recommended to do it with guide. Our Rafi guide was outstanding throughout. We will return to Rovaniemi and we will do the excursion again and I wish our guide would be Rafi again, Thank you!!

We met Santa in person (!), had reindeer sleigh ride(you can pet the reindeers), and had good time with husky dogs - Visit to Santa Claus was amazing! Thanks to Rafi our guide, he made our visit smooth without waiting and he let us manage our free time. We did enjoy every activity , you can pet the dogs and reindeers and Rafi gave us useful information. Rafi is really pro and has a good sense of humour. We highly recommend this visit .

Santa Claus Village - We had a really great tour of the Santa Claus Village thanks to our guide Rafi Bhai. He has a great personality and carved out our itinerary in a way that gave us enough time to explore the Village by ourselves and also participate in the different activities like meeting Santa as well as reindeer and husky rides. He proactively took many pictures of our family and also gave us many tips to maximise our time in the Village. His pleasing personality and obliging nature made our visit unforgettable. I would recommend Rafi Bhai highly if you are planning to visit Santa Claus Village.

Spectacular Tour and Guide Allen Shi - As a Brazilian and our first time at the North Pole, we had many doubts regarding the tours. But this company surprised us very well, especially the guide Allen Shi. Friendly, helpful, competent and patient person with us (with small children), unlike other companies in the region. If I had known him before, all trips would have been taken with him. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Lovely experience - It allows us to maximize our time and make our holiday hassle free as it includes transportation from our hotel ,tickets on the husky and reindeer ride as well as the meet and photo ops with Santa

Transportation Fiasco !!! - When we booked this tour from your site, the description included our hotel ( drop down menu) for pick up and drop off. The day before the tour in the afternoon we received a message from the tour operator that we were out of their pick up radius. We then had to book transportation to the Santa Claus village and pay extra on our own. This was very frustrating and expensive. Overall tour was good, Léa the guide was excellent !!! We will reconsider using your company in the future…
