Amazing Tour & Great Instructor Michael - It was my first time on a snowmobile ! I was tense but the amazing humorous instructor Michael made it so easy and simple with all the safety instructions. The gear was supplied by the company along with a hot drink and cookies. The tour was amazing with the scenery of the forest, side roads and the lake. Some treks were bumpy and was expected , breaks were given along the trek. The experience was worth every second annd I really enjoyed and I highly recommend it.

Excellent but you have to pay extra to have your own machine. - Excellent fun and well managed. Our only complaint is that were never told that your payment only covers sharing a machine. We were just about to start and then they said we should have paid a supplement to have a machine each.....allegedly it says so on their website. But we booked through Viator not their website and nobody told us there until it was too late.

Fatal! - Fatal, we booked the tour at 4:00 p.m., and we arrived at 4:02 p.m., and they told us that they had sent us an email saying that we had to arrive 20 minutes early. It was probably our fault for not reading the email carefully, but they don't have it either. no flexibility .we others in the office and the group had not left yet....

DO NOT BOOK HERE - The older lady at the desk with brown hair was so extremely rude to me and my 8 year old daughter. We signed up for a 4pm snowmobile tour. I messaged her bc we were running behind 5 min. She never replied to my message at all even though that’s where the company was messaging me. WE SHOWED UP 4 MIN LATE. She said she didn’t check the messages and was calling me. Sorry I’m in another country and the service is not that great. The group we were riding with hadn’t even put on their gear yet. She said we were late and she could not accommodate us. Mind you we are traveling 13 hours away from California and my daughter was so excited for this grand finale of our trip. She was not only rude, but a true lazy staff member. How long does it take to sign a waiver? I would not recommend giving a single penny to this money hungry safari excursion.
