Very nice and pleasant... - Very nice and pleasant atmosphere with a great tour guide + all the staff we met in the farm were excellent.

Horrible - So already it's a very unprofessional organization because there is no responsiveness to messages and a lot of waiting, don't be in too much of a hurry to get information.
Then if you ever want to book an activity and you are told the evening before that it is ultimately not possible, contact them and you will not be disappointed.
Finally, don't go with them, it's just a big scam.

Scam - be careful! - Be careful with this company because they are scammers. I booked and paid for the Reindeer sleigh: the long ride activity with Wonderlapland several months in advance. A few days before the activity, I received an email from another company confirming that they had booked another similar activity but at a lower price, instead of the long walk, a shorter walk. When I ask them for explanations, they tell me that they have transferred my reservation to another company (without informing me) and that it cannot be canceled nor can they refund me the difference. Furthermore, I am already here in Rovaniemi and there is no availability for the entire month. In short, do not contract with this company, because they are not trustworthy people.
