If conditions are unfavorable and you have already booked, you will be promptly informed of any tour cancellations or offered an alternative date. Notifications are usually sent via text message, so it is crucial to provide your phone number during the reservation process.

If a tour is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. However, if the tour proceeds and the Northern Lights are not visible, the payment is non-refundable.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
