Beautiful experience - Our guide Pauline was amazing! Very kind, prepared and chose a beautiful location. Excellent barbecue. Unfortunately we were unable to see the Northern Lights so I recommend booking at the last minute because unfortunately, even if there is no chance of seeing them, the tour will not be cancelled.

The tour guide Audrey was nice and we ended up being a private tour as only three of us in the group. We saw Aurora. - While this tour agent doesn’t seem as popular as others in the town, but we ended up having good time as only three of us , feel like a private tour. Audrey the tour guide is good in helping us to take pictures with appropriate lighting. We saw Aurora and very happy with the service and good value for money for the tour!

Fantastic experience. - The experience was great, we also got to see the auroras. From the moment of the pick-up until the end, the treatment and disposition of the guides was excellent and we had a lot of fun at the barbecue and watching the auroras. We thank Ana, who was our guide, for making us enjoy the activity so much. The place they took us to do the activity was great and we were able to enjoy a pleasant evening. To finish we had a little problem with the car battery but the team's response was quick and efficient so it doesn't go beyond a mere anecdote in the wonderful excursion. Great team at Wonderlanpland

barbecue night - My husband and my daughter, 8 years old, went. We were eating sausages waiting for the dawn, it was quite cold but the wait was worth it. Guides in Spanish (rare in the area since in the city of Santa it is difficult for them to assist you in Spanish) very friendly and patient since they did not lose hope of seeing this wonderful phenomenon and highlight that they changed the day of the reservation for us visit to another given was a greater probability of seeing the auroras. Many thanks for everything!!!

THANKS ! - French-speaking guides who did everything possible so that we could see the auroras and we did it! No barbecue because of the weather but 2 hours of driving to get out of the clouds and see the auroras. Thanks to them! We recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic unforgettable experience! - We are so amazed! We were picked up and then drove around 50min outside of Rovaniemi. Laura was our guide for that day, and she was absolutely fantastic. She shared some stories and interesting facts during our trip. Great sense of humour and very kind! We were very lucky to see northern lights, they appeared for ~20 min and then gone for another hour or so. But on our way back Laura stopped the van and let us see the lights that re-appeared. We have stunning photos, which she was kind to take for us. We will definitely use this company again!

We would go again! - We went with Laura on the trip and ist was as good as expected. We drove out of Rovaniemi to a lake with a good view. In addition we had a nice BBQ and a warm bonfire. Laura was entertaining and told us nice storys about the northern lights. We had a couple times a very good glimpse at the lights. They were amazing. We would recommend the tour our friends indeed!

NO PHOTOS + NOT WORTH THE PRICE - I rarely post comments but I really won't recommend this tour. The good things first, the tour duration was decent, and the photographer had good skills. Now, something I really didn't like. Firstly, 90 euros is only the base price. It seems like this tour is lacking hands, I had to call in the last hour to confirm the pickup time and they probably would have missed me because they didn't even know I joined initially. When I called them, the first thing they cared about was selling me to rent their 10 euros jacket. I told them it was fine and I'm geared, they didn't even tell me the price before telling me I need a jacket. Secondly, the photos are 25 euros extra, fair enough, glad that the night was superb and we saw astonishing northern lights. I would be crying if I didn't have my own camera because the tour guide still hasn't "let me buy the photos" by barely replying to my messages and taking ages to get back. What's so difficult about sending pictures when you're charging people as well? And when you have already posted on Instagram but no effort in sending to your customers. Ok, you know what, forget it. I read the reviews and realised I wasn't the only one so I guess it's nothing personal phew. So like if you actually want to have the full package - 90+10+25 = 125 euros. With this price you could already book a small tour from a well-organised company that picks up on time, doesn't charge anything extra and photos are provided to everyone for free the next day promptly. The barbeque fire wasn't strong enough to warm people up and long hours outside were pretty dreadful, I went to other cheaper or pricier tours, cheaper options might just have a few more people that don't really impact anything and a warm campfire. Pricier tours with more or less the same price have better and more systematic service than a "one-man band" like this. It was bloody lucky to have the best night that day otherwise I would regret so much joining this tour - that gives the reason for 2 stars, not 1. The tour experience was also quite awkward for solo travellers because the tour guide only talk to another small group or speak in another language with another two women. And one of the conversations was very offensive though I don't solely blame the tour guide for that, a couple said "the Santa Claus village is very Chinese." and the tour guide said, "Yeah it's very commercial." I was hoping that he could have rephrased or elaborated on the couple's words rather than agreeing bluntly when there are other races of people there as well. As an East Asian coming from Europe, I find that really disrespectful to use "race" as a negative adjective, people from all around the world travel all the way to Finland just for a festive memory, and it shouldn't be just a "Chinese thing" although many East Asians really had to fly for 10+ hours to get to Rovaniemi. The tour guide could have switched the sentence a bit better, I didn't confront them only because it was supposed to be a peaceful night to enjoy the lights and I didn't want to spend my time bothering these people. But yeah, even just the price, the service, the attitude and efficiency, there are better options there. Also, the marshmallows were so tiny haha.

A bit disappointing - Actually, it was quite long before spotting a northern light. We spent it in front of a fire which wasn't sufficient regarding the temperature. My advice is to take an extra suit.
