Interested in sea kayaking and eager for a bit of adventure? Our Beginner Intro & Coastal Experience provides an ideal blend of learning essential skills and exploring the breathtaking coastline of Roundstone Bay — all within a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
In just 1.5 hours, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of sea kayaking: mastering paddling, steering, and gaining confidence on the water. However, this session is more than just a lesson — once comfortable, participants will embark on a brief guided journey along the bay, offering a glimpse of the wild Atlantic coastline, with ample time to pause, enjoy the scenery, and appreciate the unique beauty of Connemara from the water.
No previous kayaking experience is required. Suitable for ages 12 and up.
