Pienza and Montepulciano for a day-I'll be back for a longer stay! - Good day trip from Rome. Pienza and Montepulciano are two very interesting small Tuscan cities that are rather difficult to reach by public transportation, even if you know your way around Italy fairly well- hiring a car service is a good way to get there, if you don't want to rent your own. Very knowledgeable driver/guide, and he picked great spot for lunch in Montepulciano. Only negative I could give is that the tour is rather pricy, so works best for a family or small group that can split the cost. I would definitely stay in or around Montepulciano for a at least a few days on a future trip!

Best day in Tuscany - I always dreamed of visiting Tuscany and I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Alessandro to help making my dream come true. He is very professional, prompt, caring, kind and knowledgeable. Flexible, too. Organising to add stops along the way to make sure I had the best experience. He is an excellent communicator and the safest driver. The towns were so empty and beautiful during January and the scenery was extraordinary. He helped taking some wonderful photos and made sure I was comfortable and happy. He also provided a great background and history of the scenery and places we visited. Don’t hesitate to book a tour with Alessandro, it is worth every penny and more. Thank you so very much Alessandro for a beautiful and memorable day. I will definitely come back.

Wonderful trip - Alessandro was wonderful! He took great care of us to show us the beautiful towns of Tuscany. Even though it was a Sunday and a little chilly, Alessandro made sure our experience was beautiful. He was very knowledgeable about the towns and the history. The wine and the cheese were great too!

Beautiful Trip! - Alessandro was the best. He was patient with our baby and was so gracious. He took us to some great shops and told us all about the history of the villages we visited. So beautiful.

Favorite day in Italy - This was our favorite tour while in Italy for our vacation. Our guide Alessio was great and made sure to point out all of the landmarks while we traveled through the beautiful countryside. We were lucky to be in Pienza the first Sunday of September and experienced the rolling of the cheese at the Pecorino festival. Alessio took us to his favorite shop where we sampled different ages of cheese, meats and made sure we saw the beautiful garden and piazza. Montepulciano was a beautiful town, we had a nice lunch with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend.

Wonderful way to spend a day! - We had Alexander as a driver. He was knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. He made a great recommendation for a lovely, scenic lunch. Pienza and Montepulciano were spectacular. We felt we were taken back to an old Italian city. I would highly recommend this tour.

Pienza & Montepulciano day trip - Our private tour guide Alessandro was great! His passion for the countryside was infectious. I would highly recommend booking a tour with him from Rome!
