- Via Amerina - Norchia is an extraordinary site, wild and grand, almost abandoned, yet impressive! It is called “The Little Italian Petra” due to the presence of majestic rock tombs from the Etruscan era, in fact the ancient Orclae (Etruscan Norchia) was a rich city that was part of the powerful Etruscan capital Tarquinia. Our adventure will start from the exploration of the necropolis, descending into the deep canyon of the Acqualta river, and then going up through the woods to the Etruscan-Roman acropolis which in the Middle Ages was the site of the 12th century Di Vico castle. A.D. The traces of the medieval city are still jealously guarded by a luxuriant forest. The importance of Norchia was given by its strategic position in control of the ancient “Via Clodia”; the road that connected Rome with Tuscany near Grosseto and Monte Argentario and which we will be able to explore by fording the river which will increase the sense of adventure of this unique journey!

- Falerii Novi - This adventure will lead us to explore one of the oldest Roman roads “La Via Amerina”, the road that connected Rome with Ameria (today Amelia) in the 4th century. to. C. The Roman road, of which parts of the ancient pavement still remain today, skirted the Cassia and in the direction of Umbria north of Rome; the road crosses the territory of the ancient Falisca population, between woods and clearings, and it is right here that we will begin our exploration! In fact we will go through enchanted woods in search of historical and archaeological clues that will lead us to the walls of the Roman city of Falerii Novi. The ancient Amerina road still partly paved will lead us to the famous necropolis of the “Cavo degli Zucchi” and we will be able to admire the ruins of imposing Roman bridges. Expected a packed lunch with typical products during the excursion.
- Necropoli del Castellaccio - Returning to the starting point we will travel along the ancient Via Amerina still partly paved which will lead us through the famous necropolis of the “Cavo degli Zucchi” (more than 200 Etruscan-Falische sepulchres) and we will be able to admire the ruins of imposing Roman bridges.
- Parcheggio Itinerario Via Amerina - We will return to the Car Park where the Transfer will be waiting for us to return to the customer pick-up location.
