Money well spent- great food tour! - Such a fabulous experience with John Paul guiding us and helping us strangers bond like friends over delicious Roman food and drinks. All of the stops included some education and wonderful food. I couldn't believe we still had dinner and dessert at our last stop. Bravo, JP!

Great Tour - great guide - Great tour! Silvia our guide was awesome - got the group all chatting and made everyone feel at ease, gave everyone equal attention, knew her facts and was a great guide. Food and wine was lovely, venues great. Tried some stuff we wouldn’t have tried without the tour - we were a little tipsy by the time we left!! Shame the main restaurant doesn’t feed the guides - made us feel bad eating when she wasn’t. Highly recommend the experience.

The best to learn the neighborhood - Fernanda showed us around Trastevere while we were on our honeymoon and we had the BEST time. You could tell she had such a passion for food and people. Her energy was contagious and months later, I’m still thinking about the food we had on our tour!

Perfect Introduction to Food and Wine in Rome - This tour is the perfect introduction to food and wine in Rome. Manuela, our guide, is passionate about her city, and especially Trastevere, a beautiful community. We visited small shops, restaurants and bars, all family run. The food and wine were outstanding, ending with a quintessential Roman pasta. Come hungry! Thank you, Manuela, for a beautiful evening.

Eat like a local in Rome. Trastevere at Sunset Rome Food & Wine Tour - Booked this on Viator as it sounded interesting to try different types of local restaurants and local food/drinks. We felt we got our moneys worth as our tour guide Fernanda was very informative and passionate about Rome and local cultures. You will learn how the locals eat, when they eat, why and what they eat, even how they eat it! We learned about their locally grown wines and tried many varieties as well as ate some delicious apperitivo's, street food and main meal as well as drink. Recommend you try this at the start of your Rome visit so you can "eat like a local".
