My favourite bus - I always use this bus to go to Fiumicino airport. It is the only one that makes convenient stops in the Prati and Aurelio area. The staff is always courteous, especially the guys on the ground. I also point out the kindness of the driver of the ride on 26/6/25 of 7:45. It’s rare for me to do this, but it’s nice to see people working well

Great new and clean bus service - I travel often with this company.Every time I am surprised by the professionalism of the company with buses always of the latest generation but also thanks to the staff assigned to the guide but also to that present at the fermate.Sit shuttle bus and safe travel.

excellent service - Hello the truth very grateful to the company. I had forgotten my backpack in the collective and realized much later the next day desperate for me to have the notebook and without hope I spoke to the person responsible and it was intact they touched absolutely nothing, I have no words to thank the company, very serious and honest , I recommend it 100% today June 19.

Bus was on time and it... - Bus was on time and it was a smooth Ride. Sunday Morning also not much Traffic. Bus tskes you directly to Prati, which is close to VATICAN.

Excessive delay - Too many stops, and with the traffic we took time I was going to giraffe and meda take to the airport and vice versa, we almost missed the flight with the consequent anguish along the way It takes 50 minutes, of that nothing takes 90, that on your page put good the time of the journey That's why I would have taken the train.

Line to avoid absolutely if you have to go to Fiumicino airport from Termini station - Crazy, we went up to Termini station, no one warned us that it was not going directly to the airport, but that it would go around the city, after more than 40 minutes of departure we are still going around the city! Highly discouraged, from Termini station it is advisable to take any of the lines departing from via Giolitti.

A nightmare of an experience from start to finish. - We arrived at the bus stop at 14:59 just as the driver closed his doors. I knocked on the door, expecting the driver to open the door for us. The driver scowled at me before putting the vehicle into reverse. I looked at the staff member on the ground for support and he just shrugged his shoulders—he said that the driver would not open the door because the bus was full. It was clear that the bus was only half full. I emailed S.I.T to explain what had happened, I obviously was not happy. Rather than addressing the behaviour of the driver, I received a one sentence reply, "It is necessary to show up at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before the bus departure time as reported in our FAQ". I was disappointed with the reply, but this was not the end of the matter. As I took my seat on the next bus I was then approached by a gang of four staff members. They wanted to tell me that the driver could not open the doors once he began driving. When I tried to argue that this was not the case, they became aggressive; my wife found it quite intimidating. It was also deeply embarrassing that they chose to approach me like that in front of a bus full of customers. They also, rather ignorantly, chose to speak in Italian at times thinking that I could not understand them. They referred to me as English which again was false and also insulting. The bus journey itself was a nightmare. The driver continually accelerated towards traffic and then slammed on his brakes. At one point he had actually apologised because the braking was so severe. The driver was also on his phone continuously which was very unsettling. I let the dust settle for a few days before once again deciding to email S.I.T to complain about the events that occurred. I explained that I expected a refund. I received a similar one-line response advising me that I should have arrived 15 minutes before departure and insinuating that the staffs' actions were warranted. I strongly suggest that you avoid this company. It was not a pleasant experience and certainly not a service I would ever use again.
