In this cooking class, participants will enjoy two of Rome’s finest offerings - its cuisine and its beverages. They will create three of Italy’s most renowned spritzes: starting with Aperol, followed by Hugo during the cooking session, and concluding with Limoncello in the afternoon.
As the mixologist host demonstrates how to craft these classic Italian drinks, participants will also engage in preparing their own fresh, handmade pasta.
Mix, roll, and knead the dough using locally sourced ingredients, then slice and cook. Under the guidance of a professional local chef, make a traditional Italian sauce, either carbonara or cacio e pepe (for vegetarians), and then relax and enjoy.
Get ready to be dusted with flour, slightly tipsy, and thoroughly satisfied with delicious food. That’s the Roman way.

Great experience! - Our experience was amazing! Shivii was an excellent teacher for both the pasta and spritzes. Honestly the best carbonara we had in Rome.

🍝✨ A Night Straight Out of Italy — Unforgettable from Start to Finish Okay, THIS was not just dinner — this was an expe - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down, The Best Pasta of My LIFE
I don’t even know where to begin — this pasta place was next level. I went with my three best friends, and we all walked out in a blissed-out food coma, absolutely buzzing from the experience. This wasn’t just dinner — it was the first real Italian food we’ve ever had, and it completely changed the game for us.
The chef? Picture the star from The Bear… but on steroids. This guy didn’t just cook — he performed. Every dish felt like it was made with heart, soul, and a dash of magic. And the vibes? Impeccable. So warm, so welcoming — it felt like being invited into someone’s home in the hills of Tuscany.
I overate on purpose because I refused to miss a single bite. Every forkful was better than the last. The flavors, the textures, the freshness — it all felt unreal. We were laughing, eating, sharing bites off each other’s plates, and literally planning our next visit before dessert even hit the table.

Im now italian - I recently joined a Spaghetti Pasta Master Class combined with an Aperol Spritz–making session, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my trip. Sherry and Simay were absolutely wonderful hosts — warm, patient, and full of passion for Italian food culture. They guided us step by step through the art of making fresh spaghetti from scratch, sharing insider tips that made the process fun and approachable. The pasta we created together was simple, fresh, and unbelievably tasty.
The Aperol Spritz–making part was just as enjoyable. With Sherry and Simay’s guidance, we learned the perfect balance of flavors and presentation, making the whole experience interactive and festive.
What made the class truly special was the personal touch — Sherry and Simay created such a welcoming atmosphere that it felt like cooking with friends.
