Fun family class - We enjoyed the personalized cooking lesson provided by Federica. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we prepared pineapple gelato and homemade tiramisu. We made every part of the tiramisu from scratch and not with premade processed ingredients as we might typically do in the US. Lots of fun but be prepared that the kitchen is hot as Italian kitchens are not air conditioned. Federica took photos and explained the process for both recipes well and made the experience unforgettable.
