Begin with a prosecco and aperitivo as you greet your fellow travelers and cook. This is a small group experience with no more than 14 participants. Your local chef will begin to act as a tutor and give you the fundamentals of creating incredible fettuccine and ravioli pasta from scratch with two traditional sauces (white and red). Such a wonderful... - Such a wonderful experience for our last night in Rome! Learning so many tips and tricks for pasta making back home. Our only regret was not taking this class at the beginning of our trip because they gave us recommendations on places to eat that are off the beaten path but so much better!

Highly recommended Pasta making class - Amazing experience and ate the best pasta Amatriciana ever! I absolutely loved the class learning how to make pasta and sauce which we can recreate when we get home. We attended as a young family and my 7 year old daughter was very involved and hands on despite age and help was given when needed so would definitely recommend to families visiting Rome. The cooking school was super clean and modern in the Trastevere area and it was nice to be in a different area of Rome and there was plenty of time to explore afterwards with PDF recipes shared along with food recommendations. Big thanks to Elisa and Luca for sharing their knowledge and tips on ingredients and how to make the best dish possible!

Great evening activity! - This was a fun and informative evening activity! The guide was challenging to find in the beginning, but it was uphill from there. Learning how to make pasta from scratch was so interesting, as well as making the sauces. Really appreciated the option of making a vegetarian sauce too! Open, bright and clean kitchen and eating area with lots of space for our group of 12. Providing recipes and local recommendations was a bonus!

Great cooking class! - This was a great, interactive class where I picked up many useful skills. It was more focused on the pasta making than the sauce making, but we did get to learn both. We also got to enjoy the delicious meal afterwards!
