Good Experience - Very well organized, we didn't had any problems regarding the tickets. Lovely view especially at dawn looking down on the eternal city.

Professional, enjoyable, highlight of my trip!!! - I went to visit castel st Angelo and I decided to go with crown tours as I had heard about them through friends. My friends had said that they had had a lovely experience with them and I am so glad I took their advice. I had some questions about my tour and so I decided to contact customer service. I spoke to a few people of the staff and they were SO friendly and extremely professional. They treated me like I was their only client and answered my questions perfectly. When I got to Castel sant Angelo, I was greeted by my coordinators and I asked them about the site itself. They managed to share extremely interesting information, which you wouldn’t have read in the Castel itself. They were so accommodating and the ease of the skip the line ticket made the experience relaxing and really enjoyable. I felt like royalty! Would really recommmend this agency and I will most certainly be booking with them again!!! Thank you Crown Tours!!!

Definetly recommend - We had a very pleasant experience with crown tours. The handlers were very nice and professional. They even shared some interesting info we didn't know about the castel ,and handed us a brochure that has a list of recommendations for the best restaurant and non tourist traps spots in the center which we really appreciated. Dwdineltt recommend.

Beautiful experience - The guys who greet you at the entrance are really kind and gave a little introduction which was wonderful and they spoke different languages which was perfect because my husband doesn't speak Italian <3 Thank you crown tours for this great experience!

The Castel was amazing... - The Castel was amazing and I had a wonderful time exploring the rooms and the view from the terrace. Migo, the host who I met to receive my ticket, surprised me with the information he presented.

We were scammed - We paid double the ticket with the wording guided tour, there was an Asian girl with a purple sweatshirt who gave us 2 tickets to enter, and when asked where the group is for the guided tour she says it's inside as soon as we enter at Castel Sant'Angelo we discovered from the hotel staff that there is no guided tour and we paid double the official ticket found on ticketone. you are scoundrels.
