Don’t hesitate to book this tour! It’s an experience! - I did the Roman Countryside tour by Vespa and had Alessio as my guide. It was by far the BEST experience I have had in all my visits to Italy (lived here for 6 mos and visited 3 more times). I have seen a lot of what Rome has to offer multiple times and I was looking to see and experience something different and off the beaten path. This tour did not disappoint. It honestly didn’t feel like a tour but like spending the day with an old friend. We saw the Pope’s summer home, Nemi, and other mountain and lake towns, did a tour of the Roman wall, lots of other mini tours - had lunch at a local restaurant in Nemi (where Alessio went above and beyond to accommodate my Celiac). I learned so much and he was even very patient with me practicing my Italian. I highly recommend! My only recommendation is to make sure you dress for the weather and wear proper shoes and don’t bring much of anything. It rained on our way home so I was happy I was bundled up and had a messenger bag that I didn’t have to worry about getting wet.

BEST BIKE TOUR EVER!!! - This trip rocked!! If you are looking for something different outside the city you got to do this tour!! That amazing picture from the top of the Roman mountains is really true; the scenery and landscape are mindblowing. Alesso did an excellent job handling all the details, allowing us to explore the epic scenery of Lake Nemi from the Popes summer house to the views from the top of the mountain, it was breathtaking big climbs, stunning views, flowing trails,,and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Our guide Alesso took us to the most amazing Roman castles and also took the most amazing pictures for us with the scenery in the background which meant we could all relax and enjoy the moment. We only realised afterwards he was a photographer, this was an extra bonus!! His knowledge of the area was outstanding he knew every inch of the place. We felt so well minded he had every detail covered!! He was helpful when needed and was a lot of fun to hang out with. It was the most remarkable and memorable part of our holiday. It was truly a lifetime experience that you got to do! Alesso we will be back !!! You are an amazing tour guide.The best value in town.
