From mixing to kneading, and finally cutting the pasta, each step is a labor of love and tradition.
Once the fresh fettuccine is prepared, the excitement continues as the kitchen cooks the dish with one of four classic Italian sauces: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Pasta all Pesto, or Pasta all Pomodoro.
