Superb experience and a beautiful meeting - We shared with Sarah, a sweet moment of cooking. She was lovely and attentive to us. Our daughter translated regularly into French. It's an experiment to do, and we feasted on the fruits of our labor. The most for us, pizza dough which must rest 2 days, is used to make pizzas offered to homeless people. This gesture deserves credit. So we used the chef's dough! Thank you Sarah and the restaurant front desk.

Great workshop for young and old - Eleonora’s workshop was the highlight of our week! She is a patient teacher and a wonderful host. The pizza came out perfectly crispy, and the tiramisu was the best we have ever tasted. This class is perfect for both families and couples who want a genuine taste of Italian cooking. highly recommended!

A ok experience, not if you are a serious cook. - If you are a serious cook you can skip this tour, If you just want to have fun and experience making your own pizza and Tiramisu it was fine. Not impressed with the plastic aprons. Making the Pizza was good, but it was not much more than mixing the prepared Ingredients for the dough, spreading the dough, and putting the toppings on. The class took place in an open restaurant during service hours, so you did not get to cook your own pizza in the oven. Just got to watch. The tiramisu was super basic, nothing special. Mostly consisted of whipping the mascarpone and egg and assembling the desert in a bowl. Only one ladyfinger with straight coffee which was disappointing. Overall a little lite on the pizazz. Restaurant was fine. Good service. Standard side of the piazza place.
