Additional Information

This walking tour follows a route featured in the Cannes award-winning film, The Great Beauty. You’ll visit the Gianicolo hill, renowned for its stunning panoramic view of Rome and striking monuments like the Fontanone, Bramante’s Tempietto, and Saint Peter’s on the mountain. We will explore Rome’s most magnificent attractions. Starting from the vibrant Piazza Campo de Fiori and the quaint piazza Farnese, to traversing the medieval streets of the Trastevere neighborhood to find one of Rome’s oldest Catholic Church. A delightful Gelato pause is included before ascending the Gianicolo hill. We will descend, passing by busts and an unusual lighthouse, towards the world’s smallest nation, the Vatican, where we’ll observe St. Peter’s square. With your consent, I’ll document the journey using a professional camera; although not a professional photographer, I have a knack for capturing Rome’s beauty.
