Extraordinary service at every turn - I can’t possibly recommend Luisa and the team at Sorrento Silver Star more highly. They absolutely went above and beyond to provide truly exceptional service at every turn and took the stressful guesswork out of it. Before and during our trip Luisa responded almost immediately to every inquiry and provided solutions. This included my last minute request for a driver from Sorrento to Naples. This is where the service reached an even higher level. Almost all the way to Naples we realized we had left our passports in the hotel safe in Sorrento. As we began to stress, our wonderful driver Paola calmed us and said she would handle it. Within 10 minutes another SSS driver had picked up the passports in Sorrento and was heading to meet us in Naples. Just incredible! Prefect, on time and attentive - Wonderful team and even arranged a private tour at Pompeii at the last minute. (I didn’t understand the the stop wasn’t a tour). They scrambled and put it all together on the way from Rome.

Amazing experience - We had the best experience on our trip with Roberto L . He picked us up from our hotel at Rome and took us to the port in Naples. His kindness was out of this world!! The 2 hour drive flew by as we chatted. He helped us buy tickets and escorted us to the boat when we arrived. Highly recommend !!

Perfect transport on the Amalfi coast and ruins - We were recommended by friends to Louisa and her transport firm. From contact, to booking , to changing bookings!, to adding stops ...Louisa was amazing. Efficient, effective and you are getting good value for your money. The cars are impeccable and top class. We had the privilege of having Roberto as our driver and he was superb. A local Neopolitan and years of experience in the area. (And this you can tell because everywhere we stopped - even security guards, tour guides, toll booth stations would salute him -ciao Robé). Amazing first class car service with Roberto - highly recommended! - We love Sorrento Silver Star. It was very easy to book our private transfer from our hotel in Rome to our hotel in Positano with a stop in Pompeii. Luisa handled the online booking - very prompt and clear communication (we also booked private transfer back to Rome). She suggested the Pompeii stop and we did not regret it. Roberto was our driver - he was fantastic! On time, excellent driver, very knowledgeable, and we thought he was quite charming. He arranged for a lunch stop before we reached Pompeii - the best pizza we ever had! We had a great tour of Pompeii with Mena - we highly recommend her services. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Sorrento Silver Star - they made our trip very easy and enjoyable, and we would definitely book with them again. Five stars!

First Class Car Service - Luisa was awesome to deal with, prompt communication and her staff was very professional. Francesco met us at the train station in Naples, and drove us to Pompeii, where Luisa had arrange a private tour with Lucia, Incredible experience!!! We spent 4 days on the Amalphi coast and rode with Silverstar three of those days, each day customizing our iterneray. Massimo took us back to Naples for a quick stop at Antnio Antonio before we headed back to Rome. Thanks Luisa and your Team.

The Amalfi Coast trip 2023 - Francesco Pollio was our driver and he did the pickup in Rome and stopped in Pompeii and then took us to Positano. He was professional, an excellent driver, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and the best guide we have EVER had. We kept him fit 3 more days of travel on the Amalfi coast. He helped us with wonderful restaurants, beautiful photo ops in all the best places, always respectful and gracious. Our trip to a Italy was wonderful and that was largely attributable to Francesco !!!!! We loved him and will never forget him
