Using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make one of Italy’s most famous desserts.

Then, you’ll move on to making your handmade pasta fettuccine. You’ll mix, roll and cut your dough, and prepare it for cooking. Once that’s ready, you’ll start to make your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose either a traditional carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on what you’re craving. Sip your drinks as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and learn all the secrets to great, Italian cooking.

Once everything is ready, it’s time to sit down with your new foodie friends, your handmade food, and a delicious glass of local wine.

At the end of the meal, cheers with a refreshing glass of limoncello. You’ll also be leaving with an ebook of the day’s recipes.

Do this cooking class! - The cooking experience was informative and fun! Our chef, Marzia, was fantastic--personable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about her trade. We feel like we can take the skills we learned and tips that Marzia shared and teach other family members at home. Our tiramisu was the best we ever had, and we made two types of traditional Roman pasta. The class also offered a generous amount of Prosecco, wine, and even lemon liquor. We loved our international group, including people from the United States, England, Netherlands, and Puerto Rico. One of the best things we did in Italy! Thank you, Marzia!!
