Fabulous - If I could give this tour 10 stars I would. The entire food tour was excellent and what made it more incredible was the person who did the tour Edna. She was very knowledgeable about the food and culture of Italy, she was very personable and funny . I would definitely do this tour again.

Outstanding - Participating in this pasta making experience exceeded all our expectations. From the start, Valentina our guide/instructor was so welcoming, personable, knowledgeable and so supportive throughout the class. The first stop alone at the local shop to obtain the ingredients was so worth it as the samples of prepared meats, chesses, wine and finally porchetta that was the best ever. Moving onto the restaurant to make the pasta was a great experience. So enjoyable with Valentina right there offering tips for the pasta to be made to perfection by each member of the group. Then to have the restaurant cook the pasta made by the group enabled us to have a most delicious dinner. The evening was made even better when Valentina brought us to a local gelato shop.

Amazing Pasta Making Class with Valentina! - Our pasta-making class in Rome with Valentina was an unforgettable highlight of our trip! Valentina is not only knowledgeable and informative, but also incredibly funny, supportive, and encouraging. She created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and full of laughter. We felt comfortable right away, and by the end of the class, we were confidently rolling out pasta like true Italians. If you’re looking for an experience that’s both fun and authentic, we cannot recommend Valentina enough—she’s absolutely fantastic!

Lovely morning walking talking and making pasta with Toni - Lovely morning into the afternoon walk and then pasta making class at a local trattoria with our guide Toni. She was very personable and knowledgeable with a good background and a long time living in the area. Introduced us to the local butcher where we had a tasting tour, then on to the trattoria where the class of only four made lunch of ravioli and fettuccine with a lovely burrata and wine. Ended at the gelato stand very close. It was an intimate tour and well worth the cost that was quite economical. Five stars all around. Highly recommend touring/ cooking with Toni! Grazie!
