Easy skip the lines - Easy entry with skip the lines. Easy to find the meeting point, right in front of the pantheon. Recommendable

Beautiful!! - Look up the mass times before you book. We booked on a Sunday at 9:30 and was able to attend the 10:30 mass. They did kick out everyone not attending the mass though.

A great value for money - This ticket is cheap, but the experience feels priceless. You step inside, and suddenly, you’re part of something ancient and beautiful. I didn’t expect to feel so small in a good way. I loved walking around at my own pace and just imagining what life was like back then.

Great for self guided touring. - Excellent for people self guided tours. Make sure you bring your AirPods to listen to the audio. Got us right in and there were long lines that day.

A truly enjoyable trip - Just grab the entry ticket, bring your headphones, and play some classical music while walking around the Pantheon. Trust me, it hits differently. The history is literally in the walls. It’s insane to think this was built almost 2,000 years ago and is still standing strong. No guide needed to feel the greatness of this place.

Poor Instructions to find Tour - We arrived at the departure site with no person with a flag. I called customer service- a voice message only. I started a chat via the Viator site- no one answered. Finally, someone showed up after the entrance time. The flag had multiple names on it, was a confusing process, not sure why when other tours were straight forward. This started off our journey expectations as very low. We also did not realize the audio tour was on our own phones! No mention of this! We had to hold the phone up to our ear. Other tours provided headset …. Of course the inside of the Pantheon was amazing and we. Read a lot on our own. I would suggest a lLIVE person tour for this.

Pantheon audio tour - Unfortunately this experience was very disappointing for us. For starters, we were waiting at what we thought was the correct meet-up site; but we were in the wrong place. We hurried to the correct plaza but no one was there. We obviously missed them. The doorman of the adjacent hotel suggested we wait the then the guide would be back. We did but it was only more lost time. Somehow, we finally found the guide who was very nice; but when we entered the Pantheon, the audio guide wasn't working properly. It kept bouncing back to the beginning. We didn't really understand all that our eyes were taking in without the background information. I have researched the Pantheon since then and know now how key it was for architecture. Also I have learned the importance and significance and history. So sorry we couldn't have learned all that while standing in the actual building.

Don’t use this company!! - Would not recommend this company. The representatives never showed up, with multiple guests waiting for 30mins +. Once we were able to contact the tour operator after multiple attempts, he sent me a ticket that was already used, and did not allow me entry. The offical at the site even showed me that when scanned, it came joe the already used. When I asked the company about this, they denied it, saying it was not possible. They continued to message me 6 hours later, stating it was my fault for not entering at the designated time, despite that not being possible due to their lack of communication and service.

Horrible host - The host of as terrible. He arrive at the exact time of our appointment with no flag, brought us to the entry and left. We have no audio guide

There’s no need to buy... - There’s no need to buy this. I only paid for it because I thought there would be a benefit to skip the line & wanted the audio guide. There was no line and no audio guide. The point person had us scan a QR code. We had cell reception issues & couldn’t access the guide. I was expecting a more traditional headset like the ones provided by the Pantheon for €7. The ticket from the Pantheon was €5. We would’ve been better off buying directly from the Pantheon.
