Cold AC-gelato and pasta class - Wow! What a great time we had. Peita (spelling?) and the lead chef (never caught his name) were a great team. Kept the class moving along with wit, laughs, and great instructions! The fettuccine was so good! And the gelato was excellent.

Accommodated my food allergies - Wonderful experience. The food was delicious. The chef and assistant were very professional and entertaining. My 15 year old daughter and I don’t have much experience in the kitchen. We were able to participate and feel comfortable. The chefs accommodated my allergies so perfectly so I was able to eat what I cooked. Our location did change the day before the class. This was not a problem for us. The room was very comfortable and cool. I would recommend this to a friend.

Best cooking class I have ever been to - Frederico was an amazing teacher, I learned a lot and the food was fantastic. He spent a lot of time teaching us good technique- from using a knife to mashing basil. I will definitely make these recipes at home. The pasta was better than any I have ever had!

So much fun for the whole family! - This was our first activity after arriving in Rome, and was it ever a great way to start out our trip! The cooking school classroom was clean and lovely, and our "instructor" Carla made it fun for us 2 grandparents, our daughter, and our 11-year-old granddaughter. There was Italian music playing in the background, which set a festive tone for the class. She let our granddaughter do most of the gelato making (it turned out delicious!). We each got to make our own pasta noodles, and all contributed by preparing different ingredients for the marinara sauce. We were treated to bruschetta appetizers, and then got to eat our pasta creation, followed by strawberry gelato, and everything was accompanied by red and white wine (Orange Fanta for the child). It was a full dinner meal! As we look back over our 2 week trip, and many different tours, the Pasta and Gelato cooking class was one of our favorite activities! I highly recommend it, especially for families or groups of friends.
