Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class - We had a great time at our pizza/tiramisu workshop. Chef Hassan was a lot of fun, informative, and easy to learn from. It was perfectly casual; the food was great and it was nice to enjoy a meal with people from all over.

Thank you - Stayed last night, received great service in the reception, bar and restaurant. Very comfy bed and the bathroom was spotless.Make sure you enter your car reg at reception not in the carpark. We are passing next month so will book again and use the leisure facilities.

Get Cookin!! - This is our second cooking class in Italy, and coincidentally the second time at the same restaurant but with different chefs. These classes are amazing! Great chefs, great people, good food, and a fun time is what we experienced. Don’t think about it, just do it.

Exciting day with friends in Rome - The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, filled with laughter and the aroma of freshly baked pizza. It provided the perfect backdrop for our culinary adventure with friends, making the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The instructor was so engaging, and we had a great time learning the art of Italian cooking together. The pizza and tiramisù we made were out of this world!

Chef for a Day - We actually made ravioli, taramisu, and fettuccine. We also made new friends, and had a fantastic time. My wife said it was the best part of our 20 day vacation. Even I, the husband, enjoyed getting my hands in flour and look forward to trying this at home.

Excellent gelato! - Excellent gelato! Super creamy, intense flavor, superior quality, clean establishment, reasonably priced. I've eaten gelato all across Italy and this one is just as good as the ones in Bologna (where they actually have a gelato university). The gelato is kept in covered metal bins, which is what all the best gelaterias do. The gelato is super creamy, and the after taste is not primarily sugar. They even offer to put a complimentary dollop of whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top. If you get the chance, get the whipped cream. Not only is the gelato very good, but the cream is to die for! The only downside is that there is no place to eat inside, but this is minor. We've eaten here several times, and each time we ate here, the locals would say that this is the best gelato in town. Overall, a wonderful surprise and delightful treat in Rome. --Tourist from the U.S.A.

Enjoyable experience - We had signed up for pizza/gelato class, but restaurant was unable to fulfill this class offering so substituted with a more expensive pasta/tiramisu class for same price. It was an enjoyable experience, and introduced us to a new delight in how to prepare tiramisu. Chef Jessica was engaging and helpful in evaluating our pasta and offering suggestions for improvements. Enjoyed our creations with a shared dinner with fellow classmates.

Fun and Delicious Experience - Our guide and teacher, Chef Jessica, was amazing. We learned so much and everything was delicious. Great memories made with family!

Can’t rate this Cookery Class highly enough - Was blown away by this Cookery Course from start to finish, particularly having done one with a different restaurant that wasn’t in the same league. The young lady that taught us was wonderful, friendly and professional and made such easy to whip up the tastiest Pizza 🍕 and Gelato 🍨 I met some lovely people at the Class too. Was offered cold water and juice too during the class too, which was very welcome due to an additional heat wave across Europe. We were served our meal in the main restaurant which was a lovely touch and were offered wine or a cold drink with our meal and even bruschetta to start. The Pizza tasted absolutely delicious, as was the Gelato and we were given both Chocolate and Vanilla Gelato with an ice cream wafer too. Such was so creamy and delicious. We could then choose between Coffee or Limoncello to finish. All the members of staff were polite and helpful and would highly recommend this amazing and informative class to anyone.
