Great Tour - First of all it’s a REALLY LONG DAY (we left our hotel at 7am and returned at 9:30pm). But so worth it. Jessica, our guide was phenomenal, patient and knowledgeable. It’s just a single day in Florence but it whets the appetite to return some day for a slightly longer stay. Beautiful city. Then trip to Tuscany/San Gimingano was great as well. The vineyard tour and sommelier and wine/food tasting were excellent. Trip back to Florence cut it close because we had a train to catch back to Rome. But if life is about experiences then this one will be with us forever.

Winery and Florence were amazing - Florence was a short trip, but we were able to see a lot of the city! The wine tasting and food was amazing, we loved the village too. Jessica was a very knowledgeable and kind tour guide too. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore from Rome. High speed rail was amazing and allowed us to do so much more (not on a bus)

Phenomenal Experience Touring Florence, Tuscan Wine Country, and San Gimignano - The walking tour with Antonio was phenomenal! He provided great insight into the history of Florence. The winery was our favorite part of the experience. The winery tour and tasting was an unforgettable experience. Our winery tour guide, Amin, was fantastic and a delight to meet. The last stop of the tour in San Gimingnano was a great consluion as we got to see a medieval Italian town. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a great time bonding with Antonio, Amin, and the other members of our tour group! Our one tip is have a bigger meal/ breakfast during the walking tour break, as we did not eat lunch at the winery until close to 3pm!

Tell people to beware!! - The guide who met us at the train station, did not give good information. He said to get off at the 2nd stop. We took off from the station, still in Rome, stopped for about 2 minutes, then took off, at the next stop we asked passengers around us if we were at Florence, no one understood us and then the train took off. Going to the next stop I received an email where were we, they were waiting on us.... I emailed back we were on the train, I sent the email. I received another email to get off and take a train back from Bolanges(?) To Florence, and we could meet them at the spot. I emailed back and asked form an address, we would take a taxi. The next email said they could not wait and left. Yes, we take ownership we missed the stop.... the tour guide should have made it more clear, the 1st stop would be very short and then the next was Florence. Another problem, we feel, the tour group was NOT sitting anywhere close to anyone. I emailed 15 times, asking for the address, that we would take a taxi there. NO REPLY! We felt that once they left, their hands was wiped clear and the tour guide did NOT care at all that we were in Florence alone. Thank goodness we had our ticket back. We are totally disappointed for the lack of caring, I emailed asking the address, what to do when this happens...... NOTHING! Nothing at all. Yes, we messed up..... but the lack of not caring is what was very disappointing. We feel the tour person should have given some information! We are VERY disappointed in the way we were not given any information, we kept emailing asking for the address, we were wanting to take a taxi to the vineyard. I will tell anyone ask about what happened and don't think they care, because they do not!
