So glad I booked the Night Walking Tour with Michael - It was my first time in Rome and I was travelling by myself, so the Night Walking Tour was perfect for me. I learned some historical facts from the tour guide about places we visited and so I was able to tick them off my list. Michael was fantastic!! Between his knowledgeable passion for Rome and his unique personality, I couldn't help but be draw in and perhaps back in time as we walked the cobble streets. It was a super start to my city break and I would highly recommend it. Till next time!!

Fun and informative tour - Mak was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable! He didn’t rush through and explain everything with enthusiasm like it was his 1st time!
We - including our 12 years old son really enjoyed the tour.

How to start a weekend off right! - The guided night tour of Rome with Mickael was an enchanting experience. In the darkness of the city, the historical monuments took on a magical appearance. Informative, but felt misled. - Loved Rome. Our guide was quite knowledgeable but was insistent that he was not paid by company so expected payment, this did not sit well with me, as I have a bleeding heart and felt awful that he was doing this for whatever our group paid him. It was difficult to hear him, he should have had radios for us.

Poor guide can ruin even the most interesting tours - I try to attend Free Walking Tours in every place i visit. I find sightseeing with a "context" much more pleasurable. Rome is a place of fascinating history and it shouldn't be so hard to make it interesting.
Unfortunately our guide made it happen anyway. Our guide, whose name i can't recall, was a russian (moscow born) lady that admited that she came to Rome just a month before. She memorized the route (more or less) but the amount of information she provided us was way below par. She seemed really suprised when she was presented with some basic facts regarding the places that we visited during the tour. Her english was very decent and understandable but her quiet voice made it rather difficult to understand at times.
On top of that, i've never seen a reservation fee for a free walking tour, even though i joined them around the world. It's cheap but kind of defeats the whole purpose.

Very bad Tour - I do not recommend this tour, given by in inexperienced guide, from Rusia and only 2 months on the job.
Not much knowledge of the city sights.
Got lost two times, very bad explanations.
Not worth it, complete waste of time of our trip.
Go with the big serious companies, pay more and you’ll get better tour
