Like having dinner with family - only better! - If you’ve never had dinner with locals in their home you must try it! Maria Gloria, Francesco and Donatella were the perfect hosts. We learned about their life in Rome and left with new friends! If Donatella’s tiramisu was sold in the US there would be a line around the block. Highly recommend

Amazing dinner With Locals! - We had a fantastic time with our host Maria Gloria and her two amazing chefs. We were a party of three, and had one other traveler join us. We were so happy to have her experience this with us and we had an amazing time. Three hours flew by! Just a tip, do not eat before coming to your dinner, it is a lot of excellent food….. A LOT! When we come back to Rome, we will for sure come and have dinner with them again!

…When in Rome - This is a “must do” - Mossimo was such a great guide. Since he is a local, he knew so much about the city. He Kept it moving and very interesting. We ate some amazing food, mostly because he knew the best places to go. We enjoyed our time and would do it again.

BEst ROME FAMILY DINNER!!! - I dont even know where to start! The moment we walked into the door it was filled with amazing smelled from the kitchen topped with kindness and warmth,! We brought our 1.5 year old to the dinner and everyone was so patient with him wanting to play and explore. If we had to base off his review he would give it a FIVE STAR RATING NIGHT! He ate everything! It felt like we were just visiting family. NOW THE FOOD! Perfection and the cheeses ( getting to learn and understand good cheese better was a nice experience) Everything was cooked as we were there, so it was fresh and tasty! We hope to have you in our home when you visit OC!

Best evening in the world with Maria Gloria and her Friends - Definitely our best Roma experience. My wife and daughter didn´t know what to expect when I took them to this surprise dinner at Maria Gloria´s home. This was the best surprise ever. We spent the whole evening talking with Maria Gloria, Francesco and Donatella, enjoying the splendid home-made delicacies. From the appetizer, the two sorts of pastas, the cold cuts and specialty cheeses from Francesco and Donatella´s cheese shop, and the best-in-the-world tiramisu ! Great food, great wine, and above all great company. Such a pleasure to have met our new roman Friends !

An fantastic evening - We had a wonderful evening with wonderful people and delicious food. We dindn' t had the feeling to be guests but friends. If you want your stay in Rome to be special, you shouldn 't miss the opportunity to get to know Roman living and authentic food. We enjoed every minute.

Awful - This was awful. I will be asking for my money back. It's nothing like it's described. I'm not sure if it was because of COVID or what, but the tour started out with a stop at a fast food place for arancini and that was the highlight of the trip. The chef prepared meal never materialized. The tour guide did point out some highlights of the neighborhood. At one point, he tried to get us into an old church but couldn't. After being denied access, he mentioned that the church had been converted to a hospital, and before COVID, you could go in and see the building. Who takes people to a hospital for fun during a pandemic? We passed up many packed and interesting restaurants along the way. However, he eventually took us to an empty pizza place. He argued with the staff about showing our Green passes, which made me feel very uncomfortable. We ended the night by hiking up a very steep hill to have warm prosecco on a park bench, which he has been carrying in his bag the whole time. Oh, he did give my brother a smashed up sweet that he had in his pocket. I couldn't have any because I was allergic to the nuts in it. When booking, I noted my nut allergy and told the guide at the beginning of the tour. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I guess I have a story. DO NOT BOOK THIS.
