Fully recommend ! - An amazing experience for anyone visiting Rome, can't recommend it enough! It's easy to get to the meeting point from Rome city centre via the metro and we were met by Alessia after enjoying our breakfast in the beautiful town. She drove us to the ranch where we were able to meet, groom, and feed the horses before riding them. Alessia is very knowledgeable and it's clear she cares deeply for all the animals there. She also has incredible photography skills and we were so happy to receive the pictures she took which really made the whole experience much more memorable. Also, take her food recommendations seriously - they were delicious! Thank you so much Alessia for an amazing experience.

A Special Experience Near Ostia - Visiting Alessia’s Horse Sanctuary was the best part of my time in Ostia. The place is peaceful and full of love for the animals. I got to spend time with a beautiful horse named Karim. He was gentle and so calm. Alessia was kind and clearly cares deeply for every horse there. It was amazing to brush and walk Karim and I took so many great photos. This is a perfect experience for anyone who loves animals or just wants a meaningful and relaxing day outside the city.

Horses riding near Rome - Together with my daughter we spent a very nice couple of hours feeding, grooming and riding the horses. Alessia was very kind and relaxed. She was telling nice stories about her business and the surroundings. I liked riding through the high flowers in the fields the most, that was something we never did before. The horses were amazing, so relaxed and easy to ride for us experienced riders. If we are ever near here again we will definately come back.

Great experience! - Alessia and her staff were wonderful! I appreciate the staff that helped translate to English. Enjoyed the experience learning to ride a horse and learning to care for the horses. The ranch and ride around the ranch was beautiful. Would book again!

Become a knight for a day! - Having this experience with Alessia and her team was a beautiful glimpse into the life of this reality that takes care of the horses as if they were a family. The center is located around Ostia and is easy to reach by following the directions provided. We got to know the horses and took care of them under the guidance of the riders, grooming them, feeding them and preparing them for the walk. They taught us that the relationship between horse and rider is based on mutual respect and how to listen to the animal during the walk. As a beginner, I immediately felt safe and in touch with this beautiful world thanks to the patience and explanations of the riders who accompanied us. The walk was really relaxing, through woods and green fields, it seemed not to be near Rome. The center offers many activities, including walks on the beaches and I hope to do more soon! The association is open to everyone and is very welcoming. I recommend everyone such an experience to escape the traffic and chaos of the city!

Love for horses - The experience was one of a kind for the close contact that there was from the beginning with the animals. Wiping them, giving them a drink, saddle them, allows you to get in touch with the horses so that you feel totally comfortable with them before the walk in the pine forest. You can feel the love and care there is for these lucky specimens. For those who do not want to take a simple walk and love animals. The only advice I can give to improve is greater clarity from the beginning regarding the organization and conduct of the whole experience, perhaps because of the fact of a particularly chaotic period some things have not been very clear. Solved these communication problems everything would be perfect.

Bad experience. - Bad experience. The staff is embarrassingly rude. From the moment of booking to the experience. A real shame because I think the experience is very fun and pleasant, and we would have also forgotten about the rude lady who “served” us at the reservation or just at the request of extra information - complete with insults and disrespect... but they behaved badly towards us at all times, as if we were not welcome. I invite all the staff to practice a little kindness and courtesy towards their customers. It's embarrassing that adults behave like this.
