Cooking Class - This was my first time in Italy and let me say I have the most amazing experience. I decided to do a pasta cooking class in Italy cause why not. I was greeted by the host Lori who made this whole experience memorable. If anyone is looking for a cooking class I highly recommend this class.

Class was easy,... - Class was easy, instructor Maria explained everything well. Class size was good, not too large. Would have loved to get more wine, especially during the class, it was only served at the end with the meal.

Great for the entire family! - Agnes was amazing! She was fun, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband had to leave unexpectedly and she assisted with finishing his meal and packing it to go. Was one of our family’s favorite excursions throughout a 4 country vacation.

Maria is the best! - We had such a great time making pasta from scratch! We attended for my little brothers birthday and they made sure he was celebrated. Maria was so knowledgeable, kind and patient! Would highly recommend.

Wel organised, accurate... - Wel organised, accurate location and timings. Friendly and interactive. The Pasta making was extremely interesting. Got to make two types of pasta (Ravioli and Fettuchini). The tiramassu was fun, but quite simple comapred to the pasta. Got to eat the food and it was more than enough for a meal, however, be aware that everyones pasta gets cooked together, so you will be eating Pasta made by the group. Tiramassu is individually labelled and you eat your own one. We had to dine outside, under a canopy with an outdoor heater, so OK, just a little chilly in April. unavoidable, as inside space was limited.

Wonderful Pasta & Tiramisu Experience - This was a wonderful and fun experience. What made it special was the warmth and presentation by Chef Furio. He was very professional, while at the same time friendly and sociable. What made our night was when I asked Furio if my family could take a photo with him and he replied with a huge smile, "Of course, only if I could hug you." Aside from the pasta making experience, this is what I was looking for. The warmth and sincerity of Rome. I would recommend this experience to all and make sure to ask for Furio 😊
