The day before your reservation, the final ticket will be emailed and/or sent via WhatsApp. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder or verify your WhatsApp messages. To enter the monument, just present your ticket at the main entrance; printing is not necessary.

The last entry to Castel Sant’Angelo is at 6:30 p.m. You are welcome to arrive anytime before closing on your reservation day. Please note, there is a flight of stairs to climb to reach the panoramic terrace.

If you selected the audio guide option, download instructions will be emailed to you after your reservation. A smartphone with Android (version 5.0 or higher) or iOS is needed for the audio guide. Ensure you have 100 to 150 MB of free space for the download.
