EXCELLENT - We had a wonderful time with Michael on both days. He was very accommodating and took great care to get us close and quick access to all the major sites. He showed us the best and most reasonable places to eat. We also enjoyed Mary and her knowledge of the Vatican. It was a treat to revisit for me and a wonderful experience for my daughters for the first time. We will always be sure to recommend and hopefully enjoy your services again!

Unforgettable Day in the Eternal City - Pam and I would like to extend our deep appreciation for making our final day of our Mediterranean trip memorable.
Claudio was fantastic. He was affable, engaged and attentive throughout. He gave us a genuine view of his Rome experiences. Clearly a valuable asset to your company.
David, too, excelled. His energy and enthusiasm was infectious. His knowledge unmatched, IMO. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
We have friends traveling in the Spring and have referred them to you for any transportation and tour needs they may need while in Rome.
The communication was phenomenal, the plan and timing perfect, and the price appropriate for the experience delivered.

A great experience!!!! Well worth it - What a great tour we had and a wonderful tour guide - Claudio. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend time with
The tour was informative and they came through with everything they promised and more. It was unrushed , fascinating, educational and fun
We also purchased the walking tour / skip the line of the Vatican as part of this tour

Best Private Tour Company in Italy - I've used Rome Private Excursions several times and have recommended to friends. We have always been so impressed with the wonderful Mercedes van and the very knowledgeable driver/tour guide. Our driver in Rome was Salvatore and he was so knowledgeable about the city. And the most of important thing is he knew his way around the small streets to minimize our time in traffic. He took us to St Paul's cathedral which we didn't even know about and it was the highlight of our Rome visit. Also, Rome Privite Excursions took us around Naples and again we had a fantastic driver, Rafeal. He was the best tour guide as he got us to Herculaneum and the Naples Museum of Archeology and gave us lots of valuable information along the way. Thanks Luca!

Bucket list trip - We had an amazing time. 3 tours different tours. Cris took us to the sites in Rome. We had a blast at all of the sights, we took so many pictures. Salvatore took us to Florence and educated us about place along the way. Once in Florence gave us a list of place to see. Manny took us to Orvieto the town is simply amazing. He navigated the winding roads so well! We stopped at Cantine Neri for wine tasting. I an not a wine drinker but I did but wine!
All the drivers spoke English extremely well. I would 100% recommend Tome Private Excursions for your trip to Italy

Italy RPE Tours - A Wonderful Taste of Italy - In addition to the above tour, we also booked 3 other tours with RPE Tours through our travel agent. I was traveling with two other friends, and we all agreed the tours were well worth the cost. Our tours included:
3 Hour Walking Tour of Florence with a private guide
Day Trip to San Gimignano and Siena with a private driver
Best of Rome and The Vatican Tour with a private driver and guide
Car Service to Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino (FCO) airport from our hotel
Each driver/guide was on time (even the 6:25 am pick up), extremely knowledgeable, and customer focused. The drivers were excellent drivers (the streets were so narrow with many, many tourists) and really made our tours special with their historical facts and interesting stories. There was never a lull in dialogue during both of our full day tours. Our Florence Walking Tour Guide made our 3 hours fly by and was even willing to stay longer while we shopped (which we declined since we knew how to get back to our hotel). The cars were clean and extremely roomy since there were only the three of us. We also appreciated getting text messages from our drivers/guides advising who they were and reinforcing the tours and times.
We all agree through RPE tour service, we experienced so much of Italy (even if was just a taste) that we could never have done on our own. We would not hesitate to use Rome Private Excursions again.

High Quality private tour of Ancient Rome - Booked our tour via recommendation from friends who used Rome Private Excursions. The whole experience from initial contact to post tour follow up was excellent. Luca, the owner and team, were very prompt with email responses, and our driver and guide were outstanding with their knowledge and presentation of information. Would high;ly recommend Rome Private Excursions and we'll certainly use them again when we return at some point.
