Fun hop on & off experience - Nice overview of the city, easy to get on and off at out favorite stops. The audio was nice so we understood a little more of what we were seeing.

Great way to see Rome - The start was opposite Roma Termini, but the sign is very small & difficult to see. However, once on the bus, it was great commentary via hed sets. We did 2 circuits just enjoying it, seeing sights and taking photos. Each circuit took about 1 hour 20 minutes. It's easy to hop on and off but which direction to go to a place of interest should be on a sign at bus stop or announced in-house while on the bus as it stops. Overall well worth the journey with helpful staff.

ALAN myr - Enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks to everyone who was involved in making this tour possible. What happened with me is that I booked my tickets one week earlier but had to cancel. Pleased with free cancellation.

Ripped off by an agency - Was fooled by one of the many men selling this service by the coliseum. Assured me many times that the children would go free - I even told him their ages. His manager and apparently co-owner of the company also assured me and gave me his number for any problems. When alighting the bus, we were told we had to pay extra for children. I called the number and explained - he abruptly hung up and would not answer further calls or messages. The company is supposedly called "Two brothers travel", one of them allegedly called Ahmed Feroz. I want to warn people not to use this company.

Briefly seeing the... - Briefly seeing the Coliseum. There was so many lovely sights, but descriptions of what we were seeing. Instead music was played that didn't need to be including in a tour.

Forget Green-Line and go with a bigger company. - Hopeless small bus line. We waited and waited at more than one of their bus stops and the bus never appeared. We did not know they are a small bus line. Never saw one of their busses moving around Rome. Not once. Many busses from other bigger companies came and went but nothing from Green-Line. Their online app showed busses but they never moved their locations on the so called tracking map. Buy your tickets with a bigger bus line and forget Green-Line.

Rome is magnificent... but the hop on hop off bus was horrible.... - We were surprised that the hop on hop off bus had no air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. So many people packed into the bus and it was so hot, literally lots of people felt sick. So if you are visiting Rome in the summer I would not recommend taking the Green Line hop on hop off bus, especially if you have kids or elderly travelers with you, because absolutely no air conditioning on any of the buses. Also sitting on top is not a guarantee of any relief because some of the buses have no covering on top to keep the sun from beating down on you. I'm not sure if the other bus lines have air conditioning because they all charge about the same. So don't just pick the all day passes without checking to see if the bus line says "we have air conditioning on our buses".
