An absolute MUST!! - Best trip, an absolute must do, pink lake is beautiful, boat ride with feeding birds was brilliant and hilarious, the maya mud is lovely, you swim in the golf of Mexico to get it off, have a great meal (the fish is amazing) and then get to hold and touch different aged crocodiles!!! We had the best time, but prepare for a long bus trip (worth the journey)

Truly Amazing experience - This was an amazing tour from start to finish. Our tour guide Mr. Toledo and driver Juan was incredible and professional. Mr. Toledo explained everything to us about each activity. The bus was a smooth ride on a nice 50 seater with AC and Wi-Fi. They provided a bag lunch (breakfast) and lunch in a restaurant. Would definitely recommend. This is a full day tour expect to be ready 6am and return after 9pm due to drop offs at multiple hotels

Good - The guide are good. Nice and friendly, but they didn’t help us to find the heart shape salt as the other review mentioned. maybe that’s not easy, but that’s ok, including lunch and water is good.

The pick up and drop off... - The pick up and drop off were the best. The driver was very good. Frank was flexible and friendly. These 2 people worked hard. Overall, the tour were good except the walk in a very hot dessert to see the flamingos which we didn’t even see that close. No shades at all & and someone can get easily dehydrated.

Very good tour apart from... - Very good tour apart from pick up and drop off. The main guide (Artouro) was amazing. Speaking more languages than the average European, pleasant and super helpful. The second guide was horrible. I don't remember his name, but he was the one responsible of picking up and dropping off people at Cancun. Artouro joined us at Playa del Carmen and also got off before reaching Cancun. I was picked up with almost 30 minutes delay from Casa Maya Hotel. The tour lasted nearly 16 hours. On our way back to Cancun and after Artouro left, the other travel guide asked me to get off elsewhere and board another bus of the same company. He said it's his friend, whatever. I refused and told him that I don't want to travel on a different bus. He kept insisting, until I denied more firmly and he left, went back to the front of the bus. Then they started dropping off people who were picked up after me in the morning, at different hotels in Cancun. At some point we were 3 left, myself and a couple. The bus literally passed my hotel, went further and dropped off the couple who were picked up before me in the morning. Then the bus came back through the exact same road and dropped me off last. I believe he did this because I refused to change buses. Completely unprofessional and abusive in a way behaviour; he knew I couldn't do anything but wait and he left me last although we literally passed my hotel. I'm not booking with this company again because of this guy. The place was amazing, highly recommend it. Just book with a different company.

great tour that has the potential to become perfect - Pros: Great tour, amazing, good and funny guide Cons: Bring warm clothes for the bus, bring snacks and water! Even if they give you a small bottle of water, have your bottle. Unfortunately it felt rushed and I liked it so much I would have liked to stay longer at each stop, but of course there is not enough time if we wanna do everything. Lunch was not enough, so bring snacks!

Too far .... and a looong wait! - While the tours of Las Coloradas and Rio Lagartos were very enjoyable and interesting, getting to and from these sites proved to be a nightmare from our Cancun hotel. The time spent getting there (7 hours!! due to picking up other guests at various locations, and waiting for others) and getting back (6 hours) completely detracted from the interesting tours and delicious lunch at a restaurant on Rio Lagartos. I cannot recommend this tour.
