$50 Day Trip Santorini Volcanic Islands Cruise: Volcano, Hot Springs and Thirassia - From Santorini airport, the shuttle to the port costs 15 euros, a KETL bus is available, and a taxi is expensive; plan with sufficient time to destination. The sailboat and trip were fantastic. 5 Euros to enter the volcanic site. Several restaurants for lunch, but Cadouni restaurant is the best, with good seafood and excellent service. Hiking and water shoes are required. You can charge your phone with an adapter on the boat, and water, beer, wine & snacks can be purchased. 80 degrees, but the wind is chilly; a blanket will help. $50 day trip was worth it. 4 pm reached the port. There are several taxi stands, need to get to the airport, 100 Euros! highway robbery! Plan accordingly with sufficient time to travel. Negotiated 70 Euros in cash. 20 minutes to the airport, single lane road, traffic congestion! If I had time would have taken the bus, which goes to Fira and then the airport!

It’s A Volcano!!!!!! Must Do - Since we were outside the pickup zone we had to meet the group at the port and that was a little confusing finding them but the tour itself was great. The Thirrasia town itself was not super impressive but it was cute, maybe we should have snorkeled there (and it was an option!).. Would definitely use them again though

Volcano hike and boat trip - Really enjoyable day out and a great way to experience Santorini’s volcanic side. The tour was as described, and the guide gave a very interesting overview of how the islands were formed — easy to follow and added a lot to the trip. The views were brilliant, and the volcano hike was a real highlight. You could feel the heat coming through the ground and the smell of sulphur in the air – definitely still active, even if it’s classed as dormant. One of the ports was closed due to recent earthquakes, but the itinerary was adjusted well and we still got plenty out of the day. Just a small heads-up – the “hot springs” aren’t actually very hot, more lukewarm really, so don’t expect a proper soak! All in all, well worth doing and something a bit different while visiting Santorini.

Volcano excursion - Excursion is as advertised. Liked the narration we received on the history of formation the modern day islands. Views were fabulous and we even were able to see volcanic smoke and the smell of sulfur. Definitely still active but dormant.

Livestock - To avoid , we turned back to the sight of the boat that looked like a boat people , the photo is misleading it is not 50 people but 150 people see more , very average welcome, in my opinion we are very far from safety standards, the level of buoyancy was surprising , cruise for suicidal or good swimmers.

Worst boat trip ever! - Extremely Disappointing and Distressing Experience We are seasoned travelers and have taken numerous boat trips across different countries, but this was by far the worst experience we've encountered. To begin with, the boat was severely overcrowded. It felt more like a packed commuter ferry than a relaxing excursion. There was no space to move comfortably, and we could barely hear the tour guide over the noise and chaos, making the whole informational aspect of the trip pointless. The most upsetting part of the trip occurred during the swimming stop. My brother, who is a confident swimmer, dived into the sea but accidentally inhaled water through his nose and began to panic. Although the guide brought over the ladder to help, his behavior was shockingly inhumane. Rather than offering support or checking if my brother was okay, he yelled at him, asking, “Are you stupid?” It was a moment of vulnerability and distress, and instead of empathy, we were met with aggression and humiliation. What made matters worse was that the hostility didn’t stop there. The crew continued to give us dirty looks and made sarcastic comments for the remainder of the trip, as if my brother’s moment of panic was an inconvenience to them. Their complete lack of compassion and professionalism not only embarrassed my brother but also deeply upset our entire group. This incident cast a dark shadow over what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience. We left the boat feeling humiliated and shaken. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this trip. Safety and empathy should be priorities on any excursion — unfortunately, neither was present here.

Left behind - Bus transfer did not turn up, told them pick up location and still didn’t turn up. Then called them to find new pick up location and waited their an hour and no one turned up to pick us up and have not received any message of apology or sorting a refund. Disgraced for both the company and tripadvisor. Have now lost £80

Worst travel agency in Santorini - The views are amazing but the staff are not. You'll be met by some of the most rudest staff in the whole of Santorini who will ruin the experience for you. You're better off spending more with a different agency to get a nicer experience. First they booked us a pick up in a completely difference town over 2 and a half hours away. Then the staff on the cruise are completely rude and unhelpful.
