100% recommended excursion - The tour is very complete. A plus point is to be picked up at a specific place to go down to the port, as the road is somewhat complicated and the parking there is even more complicated. The only thing to improve was the return: there were many, several boats coincided on arrival and the organization was a bit chaotic because no one knew for sure which bus belonged to him. After 11 hours of excursion, we were all very tired and would have been ideal to know in advance the assigned bus number to go directly and avoid confusion. Otherwise, a very complete and recommended experience.

Amazing day for all the family - What a great day! Everything was great - the boat, the time spent at each stop and the stops themselves. The guide was knowledgeable and we all had a great day Definitely make sure you have trainers on for the volcano hike, and water shoes for the thermal swim, the water is shallow and the mud is very slimy you definitely don't want to stand in it in barefoot. I would also recommend not wearing a white swimsuit, as the hot spring water is yellow, and does stain! If you don't want to do the swim, you can stay in the boat and watch. We loved the add on to Oia to watch the sunset we had 3hrs there to explore and find a great spot to watch the sunset. The bus picked us up and dropped us back to Perissa.

Vulcanic trip, Thirassia, Oia sunset - Good organized trip. Very good value for the money. Perhaps a little to high music at the back of the boat.

Sunset cruise Santorini - We left in a gulet from the port below Pyrgos. About 50 people. Possibility to move both above and below and to buy drinks on board. First stop the volcano, where we were led by the guide already present in the gulet, very impressive. Second stop bathing in the hot springs, optional bath in water of a not very inviting color, but warm. Third stop in Thirasia with the possibility of swimming in the clearest waters and stop for a buffet dinner with unlimited drinks (water, white and red wine). Last stop direction sunset, after Oia we returned to Fira and waited for them at sunset. Super exciting. Dances and songs on return, around 9pm

A little disorganized, but beautiful and overall worth it! - Overall, the tour was worth it! The hike at the caldera offered beautiful views of Santorini and the surrounding area. The "hot springs" weren't hot, but still warm and a very unique experience! Thirassia was a nice stop for lunch, and there's a couple souvenir shops if you're interested. The boat itself had a lot more people than we expected, but we still enjoyed the ride and it was still a very cool, unique experience to be sailing around the Aegean Sea. There are bathrooms on board the boat, as well as a small bar with drinks for sale. After the cruise, we were supposed to be bussed to Oia. As other reviewers have noted, this part is rather confusing. While on the boat, they had announced to get on "the bus on the right" to go to Oia. Once we got off at the port, all the buses were parked in a group and it wasn't clear at all which bus to take. I showed our ticket to a bus driver, and he pointed us to his bus. He then drove us back to our pickup spot, not Oia. He emphasized it was my mistake because I did not point to a bus route on the ticket when I showed him? We ended up driving ourselves to Oia, as we had rented a car. Oia was very crowded at sunset, as expected, but it was beautiful and nice to see. It was annoying that we had to drive ourselves, but if you can figure out their bussing I would still recommend including the Oia sunset as part of your package.

Amazing tour but terrible errors on the pick-up location and time - Amazing tour, very knowledgeable guide. Very helpful staff on the boat. Very nice comfortable boat. Really enjoyed this full day tour and sunset in Oia :) 😀 But...Didn't give the best mark because there was a huge confusion about pick up and drop off point and time. We selected a pick-up point, but on a ticket given to the driver, the pick-up point was completely different. When the driver didn't find us. They didn't call us they simply sent a text about no show. Thx god, we managed to catch the bus in a different location, but we were very short of missing the tour all together. 😞

There were several of us... - We were several French to book on this site to have a French guide but unfortunately no Francophone guide for us even no audio guide. Despite this inconvenience the day went well, the transfer Athinios Óia by shuttle also went well despite a big blur when arriving at the port, we looked for the. Shuttle point all over the port. The guide was nice.

I expected more - Gostei: Good communication, excellent punctuality. I didn't like: Walk crowded, do not warn that in the place of the volcano if you do not want or can not climb, you have to stay inside the boat, because there is nowhere to walk.

Don’t recommend this company unless the staff changes their attitude and organize a proper tour-not just focus on transp - There is no guide, they just give you minimum instructions for each spot which is not very clear. Mostly they tried to ween ppl from getting into the waters and exploring the activities— they encouraged staying on the boat and buying cold drinks. Before booking we asked many times to see if we ends up at the same port and if there was parking at the port they gave us a very unclear answer. So to clear it up for non Greek speaking ppl. You get picked up from a bus stop close to your hotel (make sure you select your hotel from the drop down while booking) then you get dropped off at the port where they tell you which vessel to board. Then they take you to all the spots without any real info about the places and activities. The 3rd stop is the island for where you get time to have lunch and Rockey shoreline(“beach”-not really conducive for swimming). Then they take you on the boat from Oia to the same port that you departed then they put you on a bus with was very chaotic because there were no real instructions on how it is all done—we just go from person to person to figure out how it’s done. Then it’s a long bus ride to Oia city where the bus drops you off and you have to figure things out on your own and find your way back to the bus before it leaves so you can get dropped off at the bus stop by your hotel. Most of the staff speaks very little throughout so there is really no guided tour— so what does it mean when they advertise “English speaking guide”?? The captain was the rudest and yelled at us as if we were like kids or that he was a Captain of a pirate ship-we felt like he was shouting at animals (us). When we told the other staff members that they needed to treat their customers with respect they told us to submit the complain on the review platform so here it is, hope some things change. We were total of 9 ppl in our group, and we were all very disappointed with it all.
