So much fun in one day! - We did the atv/Zipline/cenote/snorkel tour and it was amazing! I want to go back and do it again. Absolutely stunning cenote and snorkeling! The water was so clear. Our guide David was fabulous. It was great to ride the ATVs through the jungle trails. Definitely recommend if you're up for something a bit more adventurous!

10/10 Would Recommend! - My husband and I had a great time! Our tour guide, Jonathan was energetic and helpful from the moment of pickup to drop off. We did the zip lines, ATVs and snorkel in the cave. Snorkeling in the cave was the coolest part of the trip, but we enjoyed them all. Lunch was also delicious. They have photographers along the way, so no need to bring your camera (it’s not safe to have it during the adventures anyway). I would definitely recommend Adventura Mayas and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Jonathan as a guide!

Honeymoon Excursion - Wow what a great excursion! Jamie was our guide for the day and helped make our day special! It was for our honeymoon and the weather was showing rain all day. Jamie made us feel better about the rain, and the rain ended up making it more fun! Jamie took pride in knowing the area and gave us a lot of information about the culture and community we were in. He made us feel safe when we did the snorkeling. When asked about putting on bug spray or sunblock. He told us we shouldn’t unless it was absolutely needed (which it was not needed). He said it helps protect the animals and environment we were visiting to help protect the wildlife, and I loved that he cared about that! Francisco Javier was our ATV guide and mannn!!!!! He was so fun! He made sure we were safe while having the best time possible. His energy was great! If I could book again knowing I would get those two guys. I would do it every time!

Fun day good bang for your buck - Just did this excursion, here are some things to keep in mind. We found the price pretty reasonable for the day (128USD). We recommend bringing water shoes if you have them for the lagoon and cenote. All the locations have lockers to put your possessions in. From our resort Bahia Principe Akumal the distance of driving to the locations was pretty close which was nice 20-30mins at the most. We had 4 activities for the day snorkelling in the lagoon, 3 ziplines, ATVing, swimming in a cenote and lunch. Now something we were not aware of is depending on how the day is going they may reorganize your activities, which happened to us. We started with the snorkelling in the lagoon in Akumal. They offer 2 types of life jackets the old school ones you inflate by blowing into it and regular life jackets. They ask if you are and strong swimmer or not and give you the respective one. The old school ones un-inflated still make you float and if you want to dive down a bit in the lagoon you can, with the new life jackets you won’t be able to. Lots of fish to see but the water is a bit murky and nothing to special. The path leading to the lagoon is very rough but short there is a place to put towels and shoes so you can wear them up until you get into the water. We then headed to the location where the zip lining, ATVing, cenote and lunch is located another 20ish minute drive. Now this is where our day got shuffled around a bit we ended up doing the lunch first which was really good (tacos) but it was really early like 10:30. We then did the 3 zip lines which was fun and they are pretty high lots of steep narrow stairs however if you have limited mobility. After the zip lining we did the cenote which was really nice, again there is a place before you get into the water where you can leave your shoes. The cenote is really nice you have to wear life jackets, the water is very clear and pretty cold, lots of bats flying around, you’re able to climb up onto the rocks and jump in if you’d like. We then finished with the ATVing which was a lot of fun they go pretty fast. The route is on roughly 11 miles of forest terrain. They try to sell you a lot on getting the ATV insurance 15USD for the first driver and 10 USD for the second. It’s up to you whether to take it or not we took it because I just felt safer in case anything minor happened and they tried to charge us 100-1000s of dollars. Overall our guide Francisco was very good and kind. We would have preferred finishing with the cenote because you get hot and very dusty from atving. There are showers at the atv place but we didn’t want to be wet on the bus ride back. The whole day they are taking pictures of you and then you have the opportunity to buy them at the end for 55USD. We didn’t because that’s a lot for pictures, it’s too bad they don’t charge like 25USD because I think a lot more people would buy for that price.

Luis Figueroa the best tour guide - The entire trip was amazing. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. The lunch was great. I must say our tour guide was hands down the best and he made our trip an experience we won't ever forget. His love and respect for the Mayan culture was above and beyond what I expected. His care for the scared cenotes and his knowledge all around was spectacular. LUIS FIGUEROA should be praised for his work. Its not just a job to him and it shows. If I go back I will be asking for him. Thank you Luis for the amazing time!!

Super amazing with Carlos - We Like everything in this person! Especially the service! Very family friendly , very intelligent and very smart person. Very gentle and professional in every service that Carlos has provided to me and my friend. I do not know how to swim and have never done it in my life , but Carlos is amazing professional instructor told me everything that I needed to know and it was extremely easy for me to snorkel with our group. Carlos was always around and asked me every time if I am ok or I need any help . We where so happy to have Carlos as our instructor. First time in my life in Cancun I have a great social person . Felt like we are the beat friends .

Rushed Experience - The tour started off with ATVs and zip lining, both of which were great! I loved that you could do different positions while zip lining instead of having to just sit upright the whole time. Def do Spider-Man if you go - so much fun! The second half of the day was very rushed. We had set time limits for lunch, cenote, and lagoon. We were snorkeling in the cenote for maybe 20 mins and then we were at the lagoon for about 30 mins. I wish the tour was organized to have more time in these locations because they were really nice and we didn’t want to leave so quickly. I also wish there would have been more explanation from our guide on the cenote and lagoon. I noticed a few other guides were speaking about each location so their group had background info and an understanding of what the place was before snorkeling.

Choose someone else to tour with ! - This was the worst tour experience I’ve ever had. We were promised, a package that included transportation However, we were never picked up !!communication was terrible !!! It felt like a scam as we paid up front. There was no option for refund ! We were told to either rebook for the following day or get our own transport to the adventure park which was 30 mins away ! The situation was handled poorly ! We deffo do not recommend ! Choose someone else to tour with .
