Let us take you outdoors and off the beaten track on a kayak journey of discovery through the very heart of Perth in an area that few people get to explore. This unique wetland area in such close proximity to Perth’s CBD can only be truly appreciated when accessed by kayak.
Come on this fun, upbeat and wonderfully engaging tour and let our passionate and experienced guides share some of the areas historical, cultural, geographical and horticultural secrets with you.
Our small group guided tours are all about actively connecting you with nature rather than strenuous exercise and so cater for a wide range of ages and skill levels.
We aim to leave you energised and with a strong sense of accomplishment.

Start and finish location, "Riverton Bridge Park", western end of the Riverton Bridge, corner Fern Road, Barbican St East and Riverton Drive East. The address for your navigation system or taxi/Uber is 447 Riverton Drive east, Shelley (or Riverton). The carpark is opposite this house on the river.

Canning River wetlands- Little gem of a paddle - What a fantastic kayak tour. Matt was a wonder and very knowledgeable. Wonderful facts and a lovely paddle and you get a lovely coffee halfway through.

Great Experience - Would Recommend to Anyone - A great experience for the three of us venturing into an area of Perth of unrivalled natural beauty that we never really knew existed!!
Matt did a great job looking after us for the tour and was very knowledgeable about the surroundings.

A fascinating tour to see a different side of Perth - We had a fantastic experience paddling through the Canning R wetlands. Matt was an excellent guide, great personal attention, full of interesting information and practical tips to make the journey so much easier. The location was amazing, with lots of birds that you could get up close to from the water, definitely bring your camera, don't worry about the kayak, it was very stable and not even a feeling of tipping over. Highly recommended to see a different side of Perth.

Wonderful kayak trip to see wildlife in untouched wetlands - Just on the outskirts of Perth, this is a step back in time to an area barely touched since the arrival of Brits in the 19th century. The kayaks allow access to a wildlife area virtually inaccessible by any other means, allowing observation of a wide variety of birds in their natural environment. Matt offers an informative commentry that also adds to the enjoyment of the trip. Highly recommended.

Winter, Sun, River, Kayaking - Just Wonderful! - A wonderful winters day with the sun shinning, the beautiful Canning River with all its bird life, serenity and the stories being shared from Matt of Go Go Tours was just fabulous and a nice way to spend Saturday, kayaking down the river. Loved it all ❤️

Amazing experience on the Kayak - This was a great experience, right at the edge of the city center, were kayaking through the wetlands of the Canning River. We can highly recommend this tour. You don't need to be a professional kayaker to enjoy this trip.Kevin was a great guide, very knowledgeable about the nature and history of the area. We are already planning for out next trip, in September, the famous Matilda Bay and Kings Park loop by bike. Thanks for giving us this experience. Ute and Mieke

Amazing - We have gone twice now with Matt on this tour and we absolutely love it. Matt gives so many interesting facts and stories about the area and local flora/fauna. Highly recommend GoGo tours :)
